The Prize Winner will be published on the website: https://mg.partnership-hub.com/semi-finals-experience from 25th January 2023.
PRIZE
The Prize Winner will win one (1) major prize of:
Two (2) corporate tickets to an NBL Semi Finals game valued at AUD $800 (excl GST). The NBL Semi Finals will be held at a date and location as determined by the NBL and notified to the Prize Winner as soon as practicable; and
a personalised NBL jersey with the Prize Winner’s name printed on the back and in the team of the Prize Winner’s choice, valued at AUD $135 (excl GST); and
a cash prize of $2,000; and
weekend hire of an MG ZS EV valued at AUD $500 (excl/inc. GST) (redeemable anytime up until August 30, 2023) (Major Prize).
If the Prize Winner is under 25 years of age, they will be subject to an additional excess to their loan agreement for the car hire which, for the avoidance of doubt, does not form part of the Major Prize. The Prize Winner must provide the Promoter with all documentation as required by the Promoter before the commencement of the rental period, including an Australian driver's licence.
The total prize pool has been valued at AUD $3,435 (inc. GST) as at the date of publication of these Terms and Conditions.

If one or both of the prizes comprising the Major Prize are not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute all or part of the Major Prize with another item of equal or greater value if the Prize Winner agrees in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the Prize Winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by the Promoter to reach an agreement and all or part of the Major Prize is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute all or part of the Major Prize with another item or items determined by the Promoter to be of equal or higher value.
Should the NBL 2022/2023 season not continue at the conclusion of this competition or if NBL games for the 2022/2023 season are not played in the state in which the Major Winner resides, the NBL may, in their sole discretion, award the two (2) tickets for a game played as part of the NBL 2023/2024 season (the date of such game to be selected in the sole discretion of the Promoter and the NBL).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Major Prize does not include any travel, flights, accommodation, transport, transfers or any additional expenses that may be required for the Prize Winner to attend the NBL Semi Finals Game or to allow the Prize Winner to collect or redeem the prize. Such expenses will be borne by the Prize Winner.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
If the Prize Winner does not comply with the Terms and Conditions, cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter that they have won the competition and reasonable efforts made by the Promoter to identify the Prize Winner have been unsuccessful, the Prize Winner will automatically forfeit the Major Winner and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner or winners through a second chance draw.
As the Major Prize involves an event, if necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 27th January 2023, at the same time and place as the first draw. The first valid entry or entries drawn will win any unclaimed prizes. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by email and telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of any unclaimed prize draw will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.
The winner will be published on the website https://mg.partnership-hub.com/semi-finals-experience from 30th January 2022.
This process will continue until a valid winning entry is dawn.
