The Promoter (the “Promoter” or “American Express”) in Australia is American Express Australia Limited (ABN 92 108 952 085) of 12 Shelley Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
The Promotion Period commences at 08:00 AEDT Monday 16th September 2019 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 04th November 2019. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligible Entrants must be:
Over the age of 18 years; and
The PRIMARY card holder of an account in good standing which is an Australian Dollar American Express Card issued by American Express Australia Limited or a Licensed Network Partner
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
Supplementary Card Members are ineligible to enter.
Employees of American Express and any related bodies corporate, any other agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
By entering the competition Eligible Entrants agree that American Express may provide their personal information including name, phone number and address details to Flight Centre Travel Group Ltd (“Flight Centre”) and AEG Worldwide (“AEG”) and their related companies and affiliates, for the purpose of awarding the prizes.
Eligible Entrants must agree to these Conditions of Entry and to being contacted by the Promoter for the purposes of this competition.
TOTAL PRIZE VALUE
The Total Prize Value is up to AUD$12,145; consisting of one (1) Major Prizes valued up to AUD$12,145.
