In order to enter, users must log-on to http://au.tv.yahoo.com/x-factor/popped from their desktop and register their first name, last name, age, address (including postcode), daytime telephone number and email address, and upload
a photo of their best mid-air jump that includes a CC’s or a Thins ‘Popped’ pack. For the avoidance of doubt, the photo submitted must not include the image of any person other than the entrant.
Where the closest Australian state capital city airport to the Winner’s residence is Sydney airport (“Sydney Winner”), the Prize consists of:-
• Four (4) x VIP tickets to X Factor Grand Final to be held on a day between Sunday 27th October 2013 and Monday 3rd November 2013 (inclusive) at Fox Studios, Sydney, as notified to the Winner by the Promoter. The Winner and their prize companions must be available to attend the Grand Final on all days within this date range.
• Dinner for the winner and their 3 travelling companions at a Sydney CBD restaurant to be chosen at the discretion of the Promoter
• AU $2,000 spending money (Winner only) to be paid by EFT or cheque to the Winner prior to the Grand Final
• Shopping excursion with stylist including a $1,000 shopping budget for the Winner and each of their Prize
companions (being a total shopping budget of $5,000) to purchase a new outfit to wear to the X Factor Grand
Final
• $250 spa credit for Winner and each of their Prize companions (being a total credit of $1,000) towards massage, hair, makeup services
• Winner management by 33 Degrees including securing liability release forms, travel bookings, emergency

Where the closest Australian state capital city airport to the Winner’s residence is not Sydney airport, the Prize consists of:-
• All the components of the Prize that a Sydney Winner would be entitled to (as set out above)
• Return economy airfares between the Winner’s closest Australian state capital city and Sydney for four (4) people on the dates nominated by the Promoter at its discretion between the period commencing on Friday 25th October 2013 and concluding on Tuesday 5th November 2013 (inclusive) or such other period nominated by the
Promoter.
