2. Who is the promoter?Masterpet Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 80 000 333 353), located at Lot 2, 31 Topham Road Smeaton Grange NSW 2567.
3. When is the Promotional Period?The competition runs from 12:00 AM (AEDT) on Saturday, July 1, 2023, until 11:59 PM (AEDT) on Sunday, December 31, 2023.
4. What is the Prize?The monthly prize is a VitaPet Prize Pack with a total prize pool of $600 (based on RRP) over the promotional period. The prize consists of $100 worth of VitaPet dog treats. Prizes will be delivered by express post to the winners at the Promoter’s cost.
5. Who can enter?Australian residents over 18 years of age, unless ineligible according to the Promotion Rules.
6. How to enter?During the Promotional Period, visit the Promotion Website at https://vitapet.com/au/vitapet-of-the-month, enter your details, and click "submit." Each entrant can submit one entry per pet (dog or cat) up to a maximum of 5 pets.
7. How is the winner selected?The winner will be determined by chance. A random number generator will select 10 finalists, and 4 of those will be featured in an Instagram story poll. The winner of the poll will be the monthly winner.
8. When is the prize draw?The draw will occur at 10:00 AEDT on the first business day of each month following the Promotional Period.
9. How are winners notified?Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw. Their names will also be announced on the Promotion Website.
10. What happens if the winner doesn't claim the prize?If the winner doesn't claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, their entry will be invalid. A redraw will occur, and the process will continue until a winner claims the prize.
11. Collection and use of personal information:Entrants' details will be collected, used, and held for the purpose of the Promotion. Winners' names will be published on the Promotion Website and other media as required by law. Opting in to receive marketing communications consents to the Promoter using personal information for tailored communications and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
