Win a Weber Genesis II E-455 Premium Gas BBQ Agility Print

The “Win a Weber” competition commences at 6am Australia Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 3rd August 2020 and concludes at 6.00pm (AEST) on 15th January 2021 (the Promotion Period). The Promotion is promoted by Batt Industries Pty Ltd, ABN 37 118 647 117 (the Promoter) located at 29 Smith Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.
Entries into draw
Only one entry form for each email address is allowed. Duplicate entries will be invalid.
Every valid entry form will provide one entry into the prize draw.
Bonus entries into the draw
Every dollar spent with the Promoter for the period of the promotion will create one entry into the prize draw. These bonus entries accrue to the organisation ultimately paying for the purchase for business purposes, or to the person who pays for the purchase for their own personal use.
Each person who “Likes” any of our Facebook pages will be given 50 (fifty) entries into the prize draw for each page “Liked”.
Each person who enters the competition online via the AgilityPrint.com.au website will be given 100 (one hundred) entries into the prize draw.
Each person who writes an honest review of their experience with any of our businesses on the Google page will be given 250 (two hundred and fifty) entries into the prize draw.
Where an existing customer refers someone else to us; they will also receive one entry into the draw for every dollar the person they referred spends. For clarity, the person referred to us will also receive one entry into the draw for every dollar they spend.
At the Winner’s option, the prize may be awarded to their employer, their nominated Charity, sporting club, social group, person or other organisation as they see fit.
All entrants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the Terms and Conditions as set by the Promoter and any future Terms and Conditions amended.
The prize consists of one major prize consisting of a Weber Genesis II LX E455 barbeque valued at $2,200. The winner will be selected by random draw.
The prize will be drawn at 12.00 noon on Tuesday, 19th January 2021 by a representative of the Promoter. The winner will be advised by phone call and email on Tuesday, 19th January 2021. The BBQ will be shipped, unassembled, via TNT on the next business day with signature on delivery.
No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected Entries.
Entry Forms which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
Proof of identity will be required to claim any Prize.
If any Winner is a person under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s nominated parent/guardian upon presentation of photo identification. The parent/guardian shall be deemed the Winner for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
At the Winner’s option, the prize may be awarded to their employer, their nominated Charity, sporting club, social group, person or other organisation as they see fit.
The prize will be delivered to the Australian mainland or Tasmanian street address nominated by the Winner.
The Promotion is open to all residents of New South Wales, except employees of the Promoter; sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families.
The Prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable except as detailed in Clause 3 above, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms and conditions.
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter collects personal information about entrants for the purposes of including entrants in the Promotion and, where appropriate, awarding the Prize; if the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may, from time to time, send marketing material via email to the valid email address collected during the Promotion which they can unsubscribe from at any time.
