Win a Weekend at The Pink Hotel Volcom

1. The promoter is: Volcom Australia Pty Ltd (A.B.N. 64 144 819 143) whose registered office is at 42 Balgowlah Rd, Balgowlah, NSW, 2093
2. Employees of Volcom Pty Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. To be eligible for the Volcom X The Pink Hotel competition a customer may either:
· New Users signup to the Volcom VIP database, &
· Be 18 & OVER
· Follow @Volcom_oznz on Instagram and Volcom on Facebook.
4. All participants will automatically have their email contact details subscribed to the mailing list of Volcom Australia and The Pink Hotel Entrants may unsubscribe at their discretion at a later date and remain a valid entrant in the competition.
5. Closing date for entry will be 8th June 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
8. The draw will take place on Thursday 23rd April at 1.00pm (Sydney local time) at Volcom Australia Head Office, 42 Balgowlah rd, Balgowlah, NSW, 2093. The winner is drawn at random from all entrants. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The promoter will notify the winner via Volcom_oznz Instagram at 1pm 22/03/2019.
10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
13. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. The winner, and their accompanying guests are required to cover any transit costs associated with getting themselves to the nearest Australian Capital City, regional transfers costs are not inclusive, Flights will be capped at $800AUD and any extra costs will be at the sole discretion of the winner.
15. The Pink Hotel are happy to discuss extending the winners stay at their own cost and if there is availability at the Hotel.
16. The winners, and their accompanying guest are responsible for the cost of their own travel insurances and incidentals while in house,
17. The Winner, and their accompanying guest must prove they are 18 & over with a current Australian driver licence or Passport to accept this prize.
18. For no reason at all, will the Winner or their guest be allowed into the hotel without physical proof of identity on arrival.
19. Failure to reply to Volcom before April 28th will result in a redraw.
20. Due to Covid-19 the promoter needs to activate a waiting period before the prize may be redeemed. The prize will not be redeemable before November 1st 2020, In the event travel restrictions are still in place, the Promoter reserves to right to extend the waiting period a further 3 months to be reviewed again on February 1st 2021.
