Eligible entrants Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all eligible
states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of
age or older.
Details of prizes The best entry/entries as determined by the judges will be deemed the prize
winner(s) and will win:
$200 prepaid eftpos gift cards awarded each week for the best story received
during that week.
$2,000 prepaid eftpos gift card awarded at the end of the competition for the
best story overall.
A panel of 5 representatives from the private health sector will assess all entries
and decide on the winner each week.
Gift cards will have a 12 month expiry date.

Method of entry To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period:

- Write a short description (200 words maximum) about your experience with
private health insurance and why it mattered to you
- Click on the Enter Now button
- By clicking the enter now button, you consent to the publication of your name
and short description about your experience with private health insurance on the
PHA website

Prize draw This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The judging will be performed by a judge/panel of judges appointed by the
Promoter.

If the prize(s) are unclaimed by the unclaimed prize draw date, the Promoter will
