Information on the ‘Wine and Experience’ campaign form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry to WIN deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter
The promoter is Nagambie Wine Corporation Pty, trading as Mitchelton, 470 Mitchellstown Road, Nagambie Victoria, Australia 3608 (ABN 79 151 675 919) Phone +61 3 5736 2222 www.mitchelton.com.au in partnership with Bike Exchange Pty Ltd (ABN 57 114 947 116).
Promotional Duration
Promotion will run for a 3-month duration: Wednesday 11th July – Thursday 11th October 2018.
Winner be drawn at the Mitchelton Head Office on Monday 15th October 2018 and notified by phone or email by the Mitchelton Marketing Manager.
The Prize
The (1 only) prize package (for 2 people) will include:
2-night stay at the Mitchelton Hotel in a King River or Vineyard room with breakfast included (from $289 - $329)
A glass of Mitchelton Estate Shiraz or Blackwood Park Riesling on arrival to the value of $25
A dinner for 2 in the Muse Restaurant to the value of $150 per person
A Mitchelton voucher to use on wine purchases at the cellar door or the café to the value of $100
2 x 60-minute treatments of your choice at the Day Spa up to the value of $150 per person
Private tour of the Gallery of Aboriginal Art, Underground Cellars and Ashton Tower
Mixed case of Mitchelton Wine for 6 months (monthly wine value of $300)
Total prize value is $3,183 based on pricing as at 1/7/2018.
Hotel Room and Day Spa availability will be confirmed at the time of booking and subject to availability on requested dates.
Dinner charges include food and wine to the total value of $300 for two people.
A $100 shopping voucher to used at the Mitchelton Cellar Door or Café will be issued at check in and is valid only for the duration of stay.
General
If the offer is unavailable, for whatever reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute that offer for one of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions any other expenses associated with the use of the prize (eg - flight and travel expenses to visit Mitchelton, additional extra curriculum activities, meals and mini bar expenses for the duration of stay) is not the responsibility of The Promoter and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if the campaign cannot be run as originally planned.
Who and How to Redeem your Prize
Entry to WIN is open to Australian residents who have supplied their personal details to the BikeExchange and excludes any employees of Mitchelton and BikeExchange connected with the administration of the offers.
Prize winner will be drawn at the Mitchelton Head Office on Monday 1st October 2018.
Promotional prize must be redeemed by persons over the age of 18 years and it is at The Promoter’s discretion to refuse the delivery of any wine offer to anyone who is not of legal age or who is violating any of these terms and conditions.

Wine Shipping and Delivery
A mixed mystery case/s of wine at our discretion, will be supplied for 6 months based on wine and vintage availability, up to the value of $300 per drop (based on Cellar Door RRP prices) and is not available for resale.
Free delivery and charges apply to all Australian residents for the supply of wine, excluding WA and NT where standard shipping charges will apply and will be included in the total wine value of $300.

The Promoters Mitchelton and BikeExchange collect personal information for the purpose of conducting, promoting and emailing subscribers directly for marketing purposes. By providing your personal details, you are giving consent to The Promoter, Mitchelton to contact you with special offers across their Mitchelton wine, food and hospitality after the Tour de France and for direct marketing purposes that may be of interest to you thereafter.
We do not sell personal information to other organisations. We may disclose personal information to essential service providers who provide services in connection with our products and services.
