1.To enter, fill in the form and submit your answer to the competition question on
our website landing page (www.kincrome.com.au/yamaha).
1a. The website link can be reached through designated Facebook or
Instagram posts, advertisements on social media, digital banners online, or by
going directly to the Kincrome website.
1b. On the landing page, fill out the competition form. In 50 words or less tell
us: Where would you take your motorbike for its toughest adventure? And
Why?2. There will be one grand prize winner. The grand prize will be one Yamaha WR450f
(RRP $13,199) including CDR Yamaha Sticker Pack and one K1507 236-Piece
Contour Tool Chest (RRP $1,849).
3. This is a game of skill not chance; chance plays no part in determining the winners.
4. Must be an Australian resident and over 18 years of age to be eligible.
5. Prizes are not transferable for cash or other goods.
6. Competition ends 10:00 PM AEST, Tuesday, 30th October 2018.
7. The grand prize winner will be judged by a panel of experts and announced on the
Kincrome Instagram and Facebook pages on Wednesday, 31st October 2018. There
will only be one winner.
8. Entry is free and open to Australian based entrants online. Employees of the
Promoter and their immediate families, as well as any other person or company
affiliated with the Promoter, are ineligible for entry.
9. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of
transmission. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or
misdirected entries will be deemed invalid.
10. By entering this Promotion and submitting content, you authorise that it is your
own content, that you are permitted to distribute such content and grant Kincrome
the permission to re-publish this content.

12. On-road costs (including but not limited to registration) and insurance costs will
be the responsibility of the winner.
13. The winner will accept full liability for safe and responsible use of their prize. This
includes conducting themselves in a legal manner (i.e. possession of valid and legal
motorbike license, registration, relevant permits, etc.).
