Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating The Body Shop stores (including The Body Shop online store) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences on 07/11/2013 and ends at 5pm AEDST on 24/12/2013 (“Promotional Period”).
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase one (1) or more products in a single transaction from any The Body Shop store within Australia or online at http://www.thebodyshop.com.au/ (“Qualifying Transaction”).
To enter, individuals must then complete entry via SMS or online as outlined below:
(A) ONLINE from 7th November: visit http://www.thebodyshop.com.au/inner-beauty-circle, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, store of purchase, valid email address and their 12 digit receipt number for the Qualifying Transaction (or their 6 digit online order number, if the Qualifying Transaction made online), so it is received by 5pm AEDST on 24/12/2013; OR
(B) SMS from 13th November: send an SMS to 0408 656 158 with their first name, last name, 12 digit receipt number for the Qualifying Transaction (or 6 digit online order number, if the Qualifying Transaction made online), in that order with a space between each item, no commas and no spaces within the digits of the receipt number/order number. SMS entry must be received by 5pm AEDST on 24/12/2013.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first ten (10) valid entries drawn will each win a range of The Body Shop products (as determined by the Promoter), to the total value of $3,000. Each winner will also be required to nominate a friend to also receive a range of The Body Shop products (as determined by the Promoter), to the total value of $3,000.
