What are the prizes?
The main prize is a year’s supply of chocolate for the winner and a mate, which equates to one block of chocolate per week, totaling 104 blocks. The recipient of the prize will be at the sole discretion of Australian Life Magazine Pty Ltd and is not transferable to others.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool is valued at $624 AUD, including GST.
When will the prize draw take place?
The prize draw will occur on Thursday, 13th February 2025, at 10:00 AM AEDT at the Australian Life Magazine Pty Ltd location in Melbourne.
How will winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via email within one week from the draw date. If a prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will occur within one week from the draw date, and unclaimed prize winners will be notified via email within two weeks from the draw date.
Are there any conditions for accepting the prize?
Winners must comply with all conditions of use for the prize, and it cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize is not transferable.
What happens if the prize cannot be awarded to the drawn winner?
If the original winner is ineligible or unable to accept the prize, the promoter will continue to draw reserve entries until the prize is awarded.
What obligations do entrants have regarding personal information?
Entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of facilitating the promotion and awarding prizes, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988.
