Kinderling Book Week Competition – Game of Chance
• The promotion is open to all residents within Australia.
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance that the entrant meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions
• The Promoter is Kinderling Kids Radio.
• The promotion commences on Thursday 16th August 2018 at 12pm and entries close on Monday 27th August at 11:59pm.
• To enter, Eligible Entrants must gain entries by completing the actions as specified by the competition form. Additionally, entrants must nominate the chosen recipient of the 52-book prize pack.

• The competition is a game of chance and the winner will be randomly selected.
• The prize is valued in Australian Dollars
• The random prize draw will take place at Kinderling’s offices on Wednesday 29th August
• The Promoter is Kinderling Kids Radio, 32 606 123 282, Unit 8 / 43 Bridge Rd, Stanmore NSW 2048.
• Total Prize pool value is $1352.52 + shipping cost
• All entries become the property of the promoter
Prize conditions
• Winners will be notified by email and winners names posted on Kinderling’s competition website page on Wednesday 29nd August. The winner must respond within 28 days to avoid a re-draw.
• The winner consents to having their name and state being published online at www.kinderling.com.au
- If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes, a prize draw will be conducted twenty-eight (28) days after the original prize draw on Tuesday 25th September at the same place as the original draw. If a winner is re-drawn they will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the redraw and will have their name published on www.kinderling.com.au.
