Promotional Period:
The promotion will run from 9:00 am AEDT on 03/03/2023 until 11:59 pm AEST on 04/04/23.
Eligibility:
The promotion is open only to Australian residents who are 18 years and older.
How to Enter:
To enter the promotion, entrants must visit www.benandjerry.com.au during the Promotional Period, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page, and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details, including first name, last name, email address, and mobile number.
Entries permitted:
Only one eligible entry per person will be accepted. Each entrant will receive one entry upon completion of the entry method.
Prize:
The prize is a year's worth of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, valued at AUD $754.00. The prize will be awarded as a Ben & Jerry's gift card that is redeemable for 52 pints of ice cream (458ml or 438ml) throughout the year. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer, including those specified on the gift card.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be contacted by email within seven (7) business days of the draw, which will take place using computerised random selection at 12:00 pm AEST on 07/04/23. The winner will also be published at www.benandjerry.com.au/ by 14/04/23.
Unclaimed Prizes:
If the prize is unclaimed by 12:00 pm AEST on 08/06/23, it will be redrawn at 12:00 pm AEST on 09/06/23 at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The winner of the redraw will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the redraw. The winner will be publicly notified (and their details published) at www.benandjerry.com.au/ on 15/06/23. If there are no prize winner/s or a winner/s for this promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at www.benandjerry.com.au.

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Conditions of Entry and Schedule. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
