Who can enter the Swisse Marley Spoon Immunity Consumer Promotion?

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over, excluding management, employees, directors, and contractors of the Promoter and its related entities, as well as their immediate family members and anyone who has breached the terms of any previous Promoter-run promotion.

When does the promotion close?

The promotion period runs from 01.05.2024 at 09:00 AEDT to 31.07.2024 at 23:59 AEDT.

How can one enter the promotion?

To enter, eligible participants must purchase any product from Swisse’s Cold, Flu, and Immunity Range from a participating pharmacy in Australia, retain their original purchase receipt, visit the Online Entry Site at www.swisse.com.au/immunitypromo, and complete the online entry form with required details, including the last four digits of the product barcode. Each qualifying purchase entitles one entry into the promotion.

What are the prizes?

One winner will receive a year's supply of Marley Spoon, consisting of 52 boxes (each containing 3 meals for 4 persons) with a total value of $7,403.24, inclusive of GST. The prize will be delivered as a voucher redeemable from https://marleyspoon.com.au/ for 18 months. The prize is subject to Marley Spoon's terms and conditions and is only available to residents within Marley Spoon delivery locations. If the winner resides outside these areas, an alternate prize will be awarded.

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool value is $7,403.24, inclusive of GST.

How will the winners be selected and notified?

One potential winner will be randomly drawn at 11 am AEST on 07.08.2024 at the Draw Location. The winner will be notified via telephone and email within one business day of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be subject to a redraw process.

What happens in case of unclaimed prizes?

If the prize remains unclaimed by 5 pm AEST on 04.09.2024, a replacement winner will be chosen from reserve entries. If no reserve entries are available, a random electronic redraw will occur on 05.09.2024. The redrawn winner will be notified accordingly.

How are winners verified?

Winners must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. They may be required to produce appropriate identification and documentation to verify their eligibility. Failure to provide necessary verification may result in disqualification.

How are prizes delivered?

Once the winner is verified, the prize in the form of a Marley Spoon voucher will be emailed to them. If the winner is under 18, the prize will be awarded to their nominated parent or legal guardian. Prizes must be redeemed within specified dates and are subject to availability.

Is there any liability clause?

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value or entries not received during the promotion period. Entrants agree to release the promoter and associated entities from any liability except where prohibited by law.
