This Activity - “Vote for Your Favorite PixelMaster Photo” is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”)
Detailed information with respect to how to vote and win prize in connection with this specific Activity, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy on ASUS official website constitutes part of this Activity Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Activity is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Participants (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
The Activity will begin on January 25th, 2017 at 05:00pm (UTC+08:00) and will end on February 10th, 2017 at 11:59pm (UTC+08:00) (“Activity Period”) and will be held worldwide.
By entering the Activity, each Participant agrees to the “Entry Requirements” stated below and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out.
No entry fee. No purchase of obligation is necessary to participate or to win.

The Activity is open globally to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and over and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in, and who have an active Facebook account or email address and internet acces at the time of entry ("Participants").
Each Participant can only vote once for this Activity.
[Entry Requirements]
The Activity has no restriction on the entries over the Activity Period.
All social media channels mentioned in ASUS collateral, website and any other medium in relation to the Activity are not official sponsors, partner of affiliates with ASUS. By entering, Participants agree to the terms of use across all social media channels used as part of their photos.
ASUS shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by the Participants, internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Activity, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Activity including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or Activity, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to your computer related to or resulting from participating in this Activity.

Participants will stand a chance to win a ZenFone 3 from lucky draw. The Winner will be announced on ASUS Facebook page .
ASUS reserves the right to disqualify the winning entries that are suspected to be the result of cheating or other fraud without notifying the Winner.
Winner will be selected based on lucky draw system and ASUS reserves the right to not disclose these criteria to all Participants.
Participants shall have only one account under the participant's name used in the social media account. Participants can send in multiple entries but can only win a prize.
Winner will be confirmed and contacted by ASUS by email. Winner can also send message to ASUS official Facebook page should they receive no email after one week of winner announcement. Participants shall ensure the contact information from the Facebook or registration account is current and accurate.
[Prize]
There will be a total of One ZenFone 3 (ZE520KL) to be won. The prize has a retail value equal to local retail price.
ASUS will cover all required postage costs. Winner will be responsible for any import fees required in the selected country of postage.
Allow up to six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery of prize.
The prize will be forfeited should the contact information provided is inaccurate or different from the information of registration account.
ASUS will not replace any lost or stolen prize after delivery.
ASUS reserves the right to substitute the prize in the case of unavailability.
No prize transfer, assignment or substitution by Winner is permitted.
