Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only who are over the age of 18. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.

The competition commences on October 20, 2014 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDST) on January 18, 2015 (“Competition Period”). The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judging will take place at the Promoter’s premises 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and will begin on 19th January, 2015. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing using the contact details given in their entry.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must go to www.cosmopolitan.com.au/win and follow the prompts to the competition page and fill in the entry form including full name, address, daytime telephone number and answer to the competition question in 25 words or less: “Why Villa Botanica is your dream ceremony venue?” and submit the entry as instructed.
PRIZE:
The best entry as determined by the judges will be deemed the major prize winner and will win the Classic Ceremony package from Villa Botanica. The prize includes the following:
Day Preparations
• Exclusive use of Villa Botanica on your wedding day, including your private Bridal Villa and salon.
• Wedding hair and makeup styling for bride.
• Sparkling wine, espresso coffee, tea and juices served throughout the day, plus a bottle of French champagne for toasting.
• Gourmet sandwiches & croissants plus a tropical fruit platter for snacking.
Ceremony
• Mojito mocktail welcome for guests.
• Bouquet (one), buttonhole (one) and rose petal shower.
• Celebrant and all legals/paperwork.
• Decorations including: chiffon pavilion draping, 20 x chairs with covers and sashes, signing table and chairs, ring cushion, altar cloth.
• 3 x garden umbrellas with linen covered tables and matching seats.
• Wireless microphones and outdoor sound system.
• Picnic hamper for bridal party to enjoy during photography.
• Bar set up in the exotic Sunken Garden.

Guest Inclusions
• Up to 65 guests can attend the ceremony and events
• Childcare from 2:30pm to 5:30pm, for all guests aged 0-10 years. Please note children are charged at approx half the adult rate.

• VIP Cards (exclusive to Villa Botanica) offering guests free entry into Airlie Beach’s best nightclub for guests who wish to continue partying into the early hours of the morning.
Wedding Coordination
• A familiarisation tour of the Estate.
• A ceremony rehearsal (if required) with your celebrant (subject to availability)
• Full coordination of all packages services.
• Wedding Coordinator present on the day.
Total prize pool is valued at up to $18,000. The prize doesn’t include any transport to or from the destination or accommodation.
