ACTIVE ESCAPES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(1) The prize is offered by Rockwear Australia division of Retail Apparel Group Pty Ltd. Level 1, 409 George Street, Waterloo, 2017 ABN 70005612537.
(2) Information on how to enter and the prizes form a part of the condition of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these competition terms and conditions. By entering this competition, you agree to opt-in to receive email alerts from Rockwear. You can unsubscribe at anytime by hitting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of email communication sent by Rockwear.
(3) The competition opens Wednesday 11th April 2018, 9am AEST time and closes on Tuesday 24th April 2018 at 11:59pm AEST.
(4) Entry is free and open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Retail Apparel Group Pty Ltd and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
(5) To be eligible to enter; entrants must provide a valid email address and subscribe or be an existing subscriber to receive Rockwear email alerts. You can subscribe in store or online on the competition entry form page.
(6) How to Enter; Eligible entrants simply complete the competition entry form found online at https://www.rockwear.com.au/active-escapes-comp
Entrants can only enter in their own name. Rockwear, reserves the right to request proof of identification for verification (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its absolute discretion) before issuing the prize. The entry form must be completed in full. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. One entry per subscriber.
(7) The winner will be drawn on Friday 27 April 2018 at 10am AEST; by T-PAL (Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd), Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000. The winner will be selected by electronic random draw. The winner will be notified by a Rockwear Australia representative by phone or email on Friday 27 April 2018. The winner’s name will be published on the Rockwear Australia Instagram page on Friday 27 April 2018. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.
(8) If the prize is unclaimed within 3 months of winner announcement, there will be an unclaimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted by T-PAL (Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd), Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000 on Friday 27 July 2018. The unclaimed winner will be notified by an Rockwear Australia representative by email and winner’s name will be published on the Rockwear Australia Instagram page on Monday 30 July 2018.
(9) The prize includes; an Active Escapes holiday and return economy flights for two people to the value of up to $9,000 Australian Dollars. Plus, a $1,000 Rockwear Gift Voucher. Total price value is up to $10,000 AUD. The winner and their nominated travel companion must be 18 years of age or older and an Australian resident. All travel must take place within 12 months of winning the prize; or it will be deemed forfeited by the winner. Once the Active Escapes holiday and travel is booked by the winner all terms and conditions, travel validity and changes are subject to the standard conditions of Active Escapes and the relevant travel carrier/s.
(10) Spending money, meals, travel insurance, passports, visas, transport to and from departure point and all other associated costs in claiming this prize, are not included in the prize, and are the responsibility of the winner. The promotor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes, missed flights or any other circumstance (outside the control of the promoter) that restricts the prize winner’s ability to claim the prize. Compliance with any health requirements or country laws and regulations is the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companions.
(11) All flights and Active Escapes holiday packages must be taken together. Travel times are subject to booking availability. The promotor accepts no responsibility to any variation of this prize value. Any unused portion is not transferrable; and cannot be redeemed for cash nor credit.
(12) The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law. This is including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss.
(13) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the control of the promoter; which jeopardise the integrity, security or proper conduct of this promotion (including but not limited to technical failure, computer malfunction, tampering or unauthorised intervention), the Promotor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion, without limitation. Any modification will be advised in writing and will be subject to applicable state legislation. The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition.

(15) The Rockwear Australia privacy policy found online at www.rockwear.com.au/privacy-policy forms a part of these terms and conditions. Your information will be treated as confidential and is forbidden to be on-sold or used in any way other than that requested by Rockwear Australia.
