PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion opens for purchases on 13/03/2015 and closes for purchases on 24/04/2015 (“Purchase Period”). Entries open at 12.01am AEDST on 13/03/2015 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 31/05/2015, or once 36,632 prizes have been claimed online, whichever is first to occur (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
How to Enter / Claim a Prize:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend $50 or more in one (1) transaction on Revlon products from any store in Australia which shelves Revlon products during the Purchase Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
To enter, individuals must then visit revlonloveison.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, address, a valid email, contact number and the store of purchase), upload a photo or a scanned copy of their purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction as prompted, and submit the fully completed entry form so it is received during the Promotional Period. Scanned copy/photo of purchase receipt must be submitted in the format detailed on the promotion entry page.
Entrants will be presented with details of a prize (“Prize 1”) on screen immediately after submission of the entry form. The entrant has the option to either claim Prize 1 by clicking on ‘LOVE IT” or to see another prize the entrant can click on ‘LEAVE IT’ [or swipe ‘right’ on a smartphone] to view and potentially claim (“Prize 2”). If an entrant clicks ‘LEAVE IT’ [or swipes ‘right’ on a smartphone], the entrant must then follow the prompts to claim Prize 2 and click ‘CLAIM’. Once an entrant chooses to ‘LEAVE IT’ [or swipes ‘right’] on Prize 1 they cannot then go back and claim Prize 1. If an entrant does not claim Prize 1 or Prize 2 as prompted on screen, then they will forfeit their right to both prizes. The Prize choice will remain open until the entrant’s web session is closed. Final prize claims close at 11.59pm AEST on 31/05/15. All prize claims are subject to verification. Once an entrant claims a prize they will receive an email from TLC or will be contacted by TLC’s Customer Services Team by telephone or email to arrange to redeem their prize in accordance with clause 13 below. TLC will (at its discretion) check the winner has provided a valid purchase receipt in accordance with clause 9 and fulfil any other verification procedures before a prize is physically awarded to a person. If a prize claim is not verified to the satisfaction of TLC, the winner will forfeit their right to the prize.
