• No Entrant will be allowed to receive more than one (1) prize in the Promotion.
2. Submission Period. The submission period shall commence on November 8, 2022 at 9 AM PST and end December 4, 2022 at 11:59 PM PST.

Each Entry provides a single submission in the drawing ("Drawing") for a prize. Maximum of 5 Entries per person. One email address per Entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than 5 Entries will void the Entries and the Entrant will be disqualified.
Entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Twitch. Entrants agree to release Twitter and Twitch from any and all liability associated with this Promotion. All terms and conditions of Twitter and Twitch will apply.
4. Prize.
The grand prize winner will be awarded the following prize: Alienware x17 laptop (approximate retail value “ARV” 2249.99 USD).
The prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. All taxes (and the reporting consequences thereof) and any other fees or costs associated with the prizes described above are the sole responsibility of the winners. No prize substitution, except as allowed by Administrator who reserves the right to offer a prize of equal or greater value. Administrator will pay the costs of shipping or delivery of the prize.
Australian Residents: Nothing in these Official Rules limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these Official Rules would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Official Rules to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Sponsor excludes from these Official Rules (including the prizes) all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom
5. Drawings for the Prize. Administrator will conduct the Drawing on or about December 6, 2022.
• The Drawing will be conducted by Administrator in Boise, ID, USA. The Drawing will be made using Administrator’s random selection tool.
• The odds of winning the prize are based on the total number of qualified entries for the Drawing and are equal regardless of the method of entry.
• You do not need to be present to win.
• All decisions of Administrator, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, are final and binding.
• Administrator will not deliver a prize to any person other than the winner, other than the parent/legal guardian of a winner who is under the age of majority.
6. Notification of Winner. The winner will be notified by mail or e-mail, as determined by Administrator within three (3) days following the Drawing. The prize will be delivered within twenty eight (28) days after the draw. The winner may be required to agree to the Certificate of Eligibility and Release (“Release”), which includes an acceptance of these Official Rules and a release of liability, to the extent permissible by law. Entry into this Promotion constitutes prize winner’s agreement to sign such document. If required by law, the winner also will be required to execute US Federal and State tax releases. Within five (5) days of notification attempt, winner must respond to Administrator with the requested documents, or the prize will be forfeited. In such a case, Administrator will choose an alternate winner by the same random method. The winner, by entering the Promotion, consents to the inclusion of his or her name, alias and country being disclosed by Administrator as indicated below.
7. Use of Information. The Administrator collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and Promotion administrators. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants agree that Administrator and its agents and assignees may use his or her name, contact information (email, address, phone), alias, game account and image to manage the Promotion. In addition, any such information may be used and disclosed as set forth in the Alienware Arena privacy policy located at https://na.alienwarearena.com/legal/privacy. Please note that by participating in the Promotion and accepting these Official Rules, you acknowledge and accept the use of your personal information and other data for the purposes set out above and it may be transferred and stored in the United States. If you wish to request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, or to market to you, contact us at info@igamesinc.com. We will respond to your request within 30 business days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. General Release. As far as permitted by applicable law, Administrator, Dell Technologies, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), and all of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees will not be responsible for any of the following insofar as they are beyond their reasonable control: (a) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or any other computer and communications related malfunctions or failures; (b) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Administrator with the exception of personal injury or death caused by negligence; or (c) any technical or human error such as typographical, printing, or administrative errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. Unless prohibited by the applicable law and subject to any Non-Excludable Guarantees, you acknowledge that the prizes will be awarded “as is” and that the Administrator makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, concerning a prize or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize.
By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold each of the Promotion Entities and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Promotion or participation in any Promotion-related activity, or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
9. General Terms.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Idaho, USA. For Australian residents, the Promotion will be governed by the applicable laws of the Australian State or Territory in which the Entrant resides. Each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ada County, Idaho, USA, and all Entrants agree to Ada County as the venue for any legal action without regard to conflict of laws doctrine. Some jurisdictions will not recognize the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ada County, USA, in which case the above clause on jurisdiction may not apply to you.
• Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys’ or experts’ fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
• The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.
• Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Administrator, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, which are final and binding in all respects.
• Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Administrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, or Administrator otherwise becomes incapable of running the Promotion as planned, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual founds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such persons to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Administrator’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Administrator. The Promotion is administered by iGames, Inc., 2242 E Riverwalk Dr., Ste 200 Boise, ID 83706, USA.
12. Canadian Winners. In addition to the above, if a person selected by the random selection method is a resident of Canada, as prescribed by Canadian law, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a prearranged time in order to be declared a winner.

1. Admissibilité.

4. Prix.

L’Administrateur procèdera au Tirage à Boise, Idaho (États-Unis). Le Tirage se fera au moyen de l’outil de sélection aléatoire de l’Administrateur.
Les chances de remporter un prix dépendent du nombre total d’Inscriptions qualifiées au Tirage et sont égales quelle que soit la méthode d’Inscription.
Vous n’avez pas à être présent pour gagner.
Toute décision de l’Administrateur est finale et exécutoire.
L’Administrateur ne remettra le prix à aucune autre personne que le ou la gagnant, ou son tuteur ou sa tutrice légal si le ou la gagnant est mineur.
6. Notification des gagnants. Les gagnants seront notifiés par courrier, téléphone ou courriel, tel que le décidera l’Administrateur dans les trois (3) jours suivant le Tirage. 8. Dispense générale. 9. Conditions générales.

L’Administrateur se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de disqualifier tout individu essayant de saboter le processus d’inscription ou le déroulement du Tirage au sort, ou agissant en violation du présent Règlement officiel ou de toute autre promotion, ou agissant d’une manière déloyale et perturbatrice. Toute tentative délibérée de saper le déroulement légitime du Tirage au sort peut être une violation du droit pénal et civil, et, dans l’éventualité d’une telle tentative, l’Administrateur se réserve le droit de réclamer des dommages aux personnes à l’origine de cette tentative, dans toute la mesure permise par la loi.
La non application d’une quelque condition du présent Règlement officiel par l'Administrateur ne saurait constituer une dérogation à cette dernière disposition.

November 2022 sechzehn (16) Jahre oder älter sind („Teilnehmer“). Wenn Sie sich nicht rechtmäßig in Deutschland aufhalten, sind Sie nicht zur Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel berechtigt.
Minderjährige Teilnehmer müssen vor der Teilnahme die Einwilligung eines Elternteils oder rechtlichen Vormundes einholen. Es kann erforderlich sein, dass der Elternteil/rechtliche Vormund seine Einwilligung bestätigt und/oder nach Ermessen des Administrators eine Zustimmungserklärung unterschreibt. Alle Teilnehmer müssen über eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse verfügen. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Teilnehmers, den Administrator über Änderungen ihrer E-Mail-Adresse zu informieren.
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel unterliegt der Einhaltung der im Folgenden angeführten Bestimmungen:
Mitarbeiter des Administrators, der Dell Technologies oder einer der jeweiligen Gesellschaften, Tochtergesellschaften, Filialen, Werbeagenturen oder anderer Unternehmen oder Personen, die mit dem Design, der Produktion, Ausführung oder Verbreitung des Gewinnspiels befasst sind sowie ihre unmittelbaren Familien (Ehepartner, Eltern, Stiefeltern, Geschwister, Stiefgeschwister, Kinder und Stiefkinder) und Haushaltsmitglieder (Personen, die zumindest drei (3) Monate pro Jahr denselben Wohnsitz haben) sind nicht teilnahmeberechtigt.
