This Promotion is open to Australian residents only aged 18 or over (Entrants). Employees or directors of the Promoter and the Promoter’s agencies associated with this Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
To enter, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
a. Purchase any NIVEA Sun product (excluding NIVEA Lip Care Sun) (Eligible Purchase) from any participating Chemmart or Terry White pharmacies. The purchase of more than one NIVEA Sun product at the same time will still qualify as one Eligible Purchase;
b. Visit www.nzsunpromo.com.au (Website);
c. Follow the prompts on the Website to register their details (including full name, email and street address) as well as provide all the requested information, including receipt number, place of purchase and last six digits of barcode]; and
d. Submit their entry so that it is received no later than 11.59pm AEDT on 28/02/14.
The prize (Prize) is a trip to New Zealand supplied by Cream Marketing (Prize Supplier) for the Winner (as defined in clause 11) and the Winner’s Family. In these Terms and Conditions, the “Winner’s Family” means the Winner and his/her spouse or partner and up to two of their children aged 12 or under. Children of the Winner and his/her spouse or partner who are over 13 and under 18 years of age may participate in the Prize but the additional costs of airfares, accommodation and other expenses they incur as compared to a child aged 12 or under must be borne by the Winner.
The Prize consists of:
(a) Return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) for the Winner’s Family from the Winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Queenstown, New Zealand.
(b) 6 nights accommodation for the Winner’s family at the 4 star Heritage Queenstown in a family room (or similar), including daily breakfast and return transfers between Queenstown airport and the hotel.
(c) Family dinner at the Bostwana Butchery to the value of AU$250.00.
(d) Shotover High Five Adventure for the Winner’s Family (being two adults and two children aged 12 or under) including:
1. Exhilarating jet boat ride on the Shotover River Canyons;
2. Scenic helicopter transfer to the summit of Skyline Gondola;
3. Skyline Luge ride;
4. Gondola Cableway ride.
Flights, transfers and accommodation are subject to booking and availability. High season and block out periods may apply (especially during school holiday periods). High season and block out period surcharges may apply which must be borne by the Winner if he/she chooses to take the prize during such periods. High season falls between 01/06/14 to 15/10/14 (inclusive) and 27/12/14 to 10/01/15 (inclusive).
The Prize must be booked by 29/08/14 and completed by 31/03/15. All other costs associated with the Prize, including but not limited to additional costs and expenses for children aged 13 or over, any high season surcharges, additional transfer costs, meals, additional taxes, insurance and other ancillary costs are the Winner’s responsibility, as incurred. All members of the Winner’s Family must depart and return at the same time. The Prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the Prize Supplier. The Winner is responsible for ensuring that all members of the Winner’s Family have all necessary documents to travel to New Zealand, including a current passport with at least 6 months validity and any visas that may be required. Any person taking the trip who is aged under 18 years at the date of the trip must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The total prize value is up to $8,000 RRP depending on the Winner’s nearest Australian capital city to be used as point of departure.
