Air New Zealand (Australia) and Discover LA “Win a Trip to Hollywood” Promotion Terms & Conditions.
1.By registering for the Air New Zealand (Australia) Win a Trip to Hollywood (“Promotion”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is Air New Zealand Limited, Level 12, 7 Macquarie Place Sydney, NSW, 2000, (ABN 70 000 312 685) (the “Promoter”).
3. No purchase is necessary for entry. One entry per person permitted.
4. The Promotion starts on 28 July 2016 and ends midnight 1st August 2016. (“Promotion Period”).
5. Only those aged over the age of 18 and residing in Australia during the Promotional Period are eligible to enter for the Promotion.
6. To enter, participants must enter by either: a) via the website www.airnewzealand.com.au/safety-in-hollywood and follow the entry form fields as directed. b) Through www.facebook.com/airnewzealand.australia and by commenting on any of the Competition Posts.
7. This is a game of skill. To enter tell us which is your favourite Hollywood movie genre and why.
8. The Winner will be selected on the 2nd of August at Level 12, 7 Macquarie Place, Sydney NSW 2000. The winner will be notified by email or by the Social Network used for entry. The winner will be published on the website listed, and the Social Media posts mentioning the competition.
9. Should the winner not respond to the email by 10am on August 4th then a new winner will be selected at random and announced by 12 noon, and have the same time period to respond to the announcement before a subsequent winner is drawn.
10. The Prize:
- Return Economy Airfares for 2 adults from Australia to Los Angeles flying on Air New Zealand aircraft. Valued at up to $4000.
- 3 nights accommodation at Mama Shelter Los Angeles (XXL Mama City View, twin share, consecutive nights) valued at $1000
- Bikes & Hikes - Sunset Hike Tour (for 2 people) valued at $200.
- Urban Adventures Hollywood Tour (2 ppl) valued at $200.
- VIP Experience: Warner Brother Studio Deluxe Tour (2 ppl) valued at $600
- Government and Airport Taxes are included other than local airport taxes collected on departure.
- Airport transfers, meals, additional domestic travel or miscellaneous expenses are NOT included in this prize.
11. All travel must be redeemed and completed by June 30 2017. Passengers must be travelling together for all sectors and booking must be made at least 30 days prior to departure.
12. Reservations are available on a firm basis, however are subject to seat availability at the time of reservation. Embargo periods apply during Australian public school holidays and also during Australian and US public holiday period.
13. Passports and visas are the responsibility of the winners.
14. Tickets are non-redeemable (for cash), non-changeable and travel is restricted to Air New Zealand operated aircraft only. Passengers must be travelling together for all sectors.
15. Frequent flyer points are not applicable.
16. To the extent permitted by law, Promoter, its retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, including personal injury, which is suffered as a result of, or arising from, your participation in the Promotion.
17. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter.
18. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Please refer to Air New Zealand’s Privacy Policy at www.airnz.co.nz/privacy_policy.htm regarding the storage of personal information.
19. The Promoter may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the Promotion or any element of the Promotion for any reason, including any cancellation, suspension or change necessitated by any event outside of Promoter’s control.
