What is the prize of the competition and what is its total worth?
The prize includes two berths in a single twin share cabin on the Southern Sea Ventures Antarctic Expedition Cruise from 20 December 2023 to 1 January 2024 aboard the Polar Pioneer. The prize also covers hotel accommodation in Ushuaia, transfers, onboard meals, a welcome toast, shore excursions, expedition guide services, and some onboard services. The total value of the prize is up to a maximum value of $38,952 AUD.
What does the prize exclude?
The prize does not include flights to and from Ushuaia, Argentina, single supplements, visa, passport and vaccination charges, airport departure taxes, hotels and meals not included in the voyage itinerary, optional excursions not included in voyage itinerary, personal expenses like laundry, personal travel insurance, items of a personal nature such as bar charges and phone/email charges, emergency evacuation charges, and optional extra skiing or kayaking activity packages.
When and how will the winner be notified?
The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 4 September 2023. The winner will be notified in writing via the email submitted at the time of entry. If the winner doesn't respond within 14 days, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and a redraw will be held on 19 September 2023. If by 3 October 2023 the prize is still unclaimed, it will be forfeited.
