1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. This promotion commences on 17th November 2012 and entries will be accepted until 17th December 2012.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Directors, management, employees and their associated families of Tankworks Australia Pty Ltd. are not eligible to enter the promotion.
4. Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the promotion when they become a ‘Fan’ of Tankworks Australia on Facebook and submit to the competition tab.
5. In the pursuit of fairness, the winner will be picked by a randomised algorithm.
6. The winner will be notified via email or phone call.
7. We will take no responsibility if the prize winner’s contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize-winner cannot be contacted.
8. Tankworks Australia Pty Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
9. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw a redraw will occur.
