SCHEDULE TO CANSTAR PROMOTION GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotion name: Canstar Health Cover Survey Draw Promotion March 2017
This Promotion Schedule is incorporated into and forms part of Canstar’s “General Terms and Conditions of Promotions”, available at http://www.canstar.com.au/terms-of-use/. The General Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion subject of this Promotion Schedule. To the extent of any conflict between this Promotion Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions, this Promotion Schedule will prevail.
Item Number Description Details
1 Promotion Period This Promotion commences at 3pm AEST on Tuesday 7 March, 2017 and closes at midnight AEST on 17 March, 2017.
2 How to enter To enter the Promotion, Entrants must:
(a) complete the Canstar Health Cover Survey, accessible either:
i. via the Canstar Facebook page;
ii. through the Canstar newsletter;
iii. directly at the URL www.canstar.com.au/apple-watch-giveaway/; or
iv. by any other method; and
(b) subscribe to Canstar ‘Health News’ electronic newsletter by providing and submitting a valid email address and state as part of Questions 11 and 12 of the survey.
Notwithstanding clause 9 of the Promotion General Terms and Conditions, each completed survey, accompanied by a valid email address and state, will be counted as an entry in the Promotion, to a maximum of one entry per valid email address provided.
3 Inclusions or exclusions (if applicable) Residents of South Australia are ineligible to participate.
4 Details of Prize and value The draw will be in relation to one prize, a brand new Apple Watch Series 1 (38mm Case) in Space Grey, (called a “Prize”), valued at AUD$399.
The winning Entrant will be required to respond within 5 business days once notified via email.
5 Draw date, time and location One Prize winner will be randomly selected from a list of eligible Entrants. The draw will take place between 9am and 12pm AEST on 17 March 2017 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000. The Prize Winner will be notified by email by COB 17 March 2017.
6 Permit details (if applicable) This Promotion is authorised in New South Wales by Permit number LTPS/17/12102. The conditions of the permit will override these conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
7 Additional Conditions 1. For the Canstar Apple Watch Survey Draw Promotion:
Clause 26 of the General Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the following clause: “Results of this Promotion will be published on the Promoter’s website at the Canstar’s Health Cover Survey Draw promotion landing page, www.canstar.com.au/apple-watch-giveaway and the Canstar Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/Canstar/ upon receiving a response from the winning entrant or, should a re-draw be required, upon receiving a response from the new Prize Winner.”
Clause 27 of the General Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the following clause: “Should the Winner not claim their prize within 5 business days of being notified, the Promoter may re-determine a new winner by a random draw which will take place between 9am and 10am AEST on 27 March 2017 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000.”
2. By entering the Promotion and accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions, read in conjunction with this Schedule.
3. The Prize issuer’s terms and conditions of a Prize will apply to each Prize and the Prize winner’s use of it.
4. By entering the competition, each Entrant acknowledges that their data provided will be stored on the Typeform database. Each Entrant also agrees to be bound by Typeform’s ‘Terms & Privacy Policy’, which can be viewed at https://www.typeform.com/
5. The Prize manufacturer’s terms and conditions of a Prize will apply to the Prize and the Prize Winner’s use of it.
