The competition Terms and Conditions. (1) Sarah-Jane Photography will be referred to as the “Photographer” and the competition winners as “The Client” (2) The competition is open to engaged couples who have plans to marry in 2013. (3) It is a requirement that couples have not yet entered into a contract for their wedding photographs. (4) Only One Entry per couple. (5) The competition is open to couples residing in the following locations:- Couples with a residential postcode in Queensland between Glasshouse Mountains 4519 in the South to Noosa Heads 4567 in the North to Maleny 4552 in the West. This includes all suburbs in between the boundaries. (6) Other couples residing in suburbs not listed above can enter, but the location photo session must be held in any locations listed in point 5 of these Terms and Conditions. Any travel or accommodation required is at the Clients expense. (7)The Photo Session will take place at a location subject to the Photographers approval and any relevant permissions that need to be obtained. (8) The Photographer will offer to the Client suitable locations in the areas listed in point 5 of these Terms and Conditions. (9) There is no obligation for the Client to book their Wedding Photography with the Photographer or make any further purchases. (10) The Photographer will retain full copyright of any images taken. The Client is only permitted to print and use the images for Personal Use. Using any images for Commercial purposes is not permitted by the Client. (11) The Photographer may use the images in their online portfolio, website, blog and Social Networking Sites and for advertising purposes. It is up to the Client to notify the Photographer if they don’t want this to occur. The Photographer will hold final approval on the usage of images. (12) The photography style and ambience of the photo session will be at the Photographers decision. (13) The duration of the photo session will be at the Photographers discretion. (14) The Photo session will be a minimum of 1.5 to 2 hours. (15) The prize is an Engagement Photo Shoot as follows:- (a) A location Photo session for no less than 1.5 – 2 hours (b) 10 x 7” x 4” Photos (c) 1 x 15” x 20” Framed Photo (d) Champagne or Equivalent on Arrival (Equivalent must be equal or lesser value that that of the champagne) (e) Props Supplied (16) The Client is able to purchase further photos by way of prints, extra size prints or DVD. (17) The Photographer is able to arrange further services if required at the Clients expense. For example, Hair & Make-Up, Flowers, Accommodation etc. (18) The Client has permission to include extra persons eg. Parents or children at a cost to the Client. Please make enquiries with the Photographer if you wish this to happen. (19) The Photo session and products listed in the prize cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other goods and services. (20) If for some reason the Client cannot take the prize as offered, the Photographer has the right to conduct further draws until a winner is located. (21) The Photographer will arrange with the Client on a mutually agreeable date and time, weekday, week-end, with the Client agreeable to the photo session to be held no sooner than 4 weeks if the winner resides in New South Wales, after being notified they were the winner. (22) The prize will be won by chance with all entrants having an equal chance of winning the prize. The judge’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. (23) All entrants agree by entering the competition that they will allow the Photographer to make contact for marketing purposes, and that they have agreed by submitting their entry, understood it is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. (24) The Photographers decision is final. (25) Any entrants not being the successful winner are able to contact the Photographer to discuss further paid photo sessions. (26) Entries close on 10th November at 5.00pm with a random draw being held at 10.00am November 11th. The winner will be notified by email and phone and their name listed on The Photographers facebook page, shortly after the winner has been notified. (27) All entrants must be a “Liker” to the Photographers Facebook page and the competition photo at the time of the draw or they are ineligible to win the prize.
