Win an Epic Festival Experience for Two to Sugar Mountain
ENTRANTS
Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of Australia.
EXCLUSIONS
Employees of Promoter and the suppliers and agencies associated with this Competition, and the immediate family of all such employees.
ENTRY PERIOD
Promotion commences 22 December 2016. Entries close 5pm 7 Jan 2017.
ENTRY
To be in the running, entrants must agree to subscribe to the Concrete Playground newsletter and complete the competition form.
LIMIT
One entry per person.
JUDGING
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
To enter, entrants must answer the following question in 25 words or less "Explain your all-time favourite festival experience". Only one entry is permitted per person.
The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
CLAIM PERIOD
72 hours.
NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified within 7 working days of the conclusion of the competition.
PRIZES
The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. Prize cannot be exchanged for another itinerary. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the winner is unable to attend or meet the conditions of the prize, the prize will be allocated to the runner up prize winner. Both parties must travel & stay together on the set dates provided. The winner must confirm they can attend within 72 hours from being contacted that they have won the prize. Failure to confirm will pass the prize on to the next runner up of the competition.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for an itinerary of equal value at their discretion.
Prize cannot be gifted to other persons in lieu of the winner not being able to travel. Should the winner not be able to complete all aspects of the itinerary within the period of prize validity, the remaining items shall be forfeited without any replacement for their value.
The winner is required to obtain the relevant & suitable travel insurance at their own expense in order to be able to take the competition prize. It is the traveler's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation required to make the journey.
Prize includes 2 x return economy flights to Melbourne from any major capital city in Australia, 2 nights' accommodation at the QT Hotel in Melbourne, 2 VIP passes to Sugar Mountain festival, 12 cases of V Energy. Any additional spending money, flights, meals, insurance, transfers, extra accommodation, items of a personal nature, inoculations, travel to and from departure point, additions to stipulated itineraries and offered flights and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The prize must be taken for Sugar Mountain which takes place Saturday 21st Janurary. QT Hotel accommodation is fixed Friday 20th & Saturday 21st January.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information you are asked to provide to Concrete Playground & V MoVement is personal information and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. The Gallery will not disclose this information to other parties other than in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
All entrants who choose to 'opt-in' consent to have their contact details (title, first name, surname, email, mobile or landline phone number, mailing address and post-code only), released to V MoVement & the projects and receiving ongoing marketing material and correspondence from V MoVement & the projects.
ELIGIBILITY
By entering this Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Special Conditions, information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions
ENTRY
Entry is open only to the Entrants.
This Competition will be conducted during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period.
Entries received after the Entry Period will not count towards the Competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the Entry, subject to the Limit.
Entry to this Competition is free.
By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
WINNERS
Each valid entrant will be judged by a member of the Concrete Playground staff. The judges will select 30 winning entries, based on the most creative responses.
The Winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification.
