Who can enter the Sweepstakes?The Sweepstakes is open worldwide to individuals who sign up at the giveaway page. However, employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of SnapWireless, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
When can someone enter the Sweepstakes?The Sweepstakes begins on March 27, 2023, at 12:00 AM AEST and will run until further notice. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How can someone enter the Sweepstakes?To enter the Sweepstakes, individuals must submit an entry using the online form provided at the giveaway page. The entry must fulfill all the specified requirements and adhere to the rules and specifications of the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries using fraudulent methods or attempting to circumvent the rules are not allowed and may result in disqualification.
What is the prize and its total worth?The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will receive 1 x Explorer Bundle. The actual or appraised value of the prize may differ at the time of the prize award. The specifics of the prize will be determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted unless at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all expenses related to the prize, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
How are the winners selected and notified?The winner(s) will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner(s) will be notified immediately. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to comply with the requirements, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
What are the rights granted by the entrant?By entering the content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), the entrant agrees that the Sponsor and its respective licensees, successors, and assigns have the right, where permitted by law, to use the entry, name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
Are there any limitations of liability?By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless SnapWireless and its affiliated entities from any liability, illness, injury, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with their participation and the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Where can someone find the winners' list?To request a copy of the winners list, individuals can contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
Is this Sweepstakes associated with any social networks?The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks mentioned. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to these social networks.
Do participants need to accept the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions?By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants affirmatively review, accept, and agree to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.
