To enter the Competition an Eligible Entrant must during the Entry Period: (i) use a compatible browser to visit
http://www.facebook.com/anyfin ("Competition Website"), click to ‘like’ the AnyFin Facebook page and use the ‘Memorable Motoring Moments’ Facebook application to upload their ‘Memorable Motoring Moment’ photo (ii) the photo must have a vehicle or part of a vehicle interior or exterior clearly visible in the image (iii) follow the instructions on the Competition Website, complete the required steps and details to enter (iv) once the entry process is complete, this will permit the Promoter to access the entrant’s basic information (including but not limited to name, profile picture, gender, user ID, locale, and any other information that is shared with everyone) and to access and collect the Facebook ID of the entrant. Successful completion of aforementioned steps will constitute an “Eligible Entry”.
During the Entry Period, eligible Facebook users will be able to vote for the entries they like best, using the Promoter’s voting mechanism by following the instructions set out in the ‘Memorable Motoring Moments’ Competition application. The photo with the most votes at the end of the Entry Period will win the Competition. The winner “Winner” of the competition will be the individual who owns the Facebook user account which has submitted the Eligible Entry into the Competition.
