WHO MAY ENTER The promotion is open to all Australian residents, over the age of 18who have owned (or been a beneficiary of) a Life, TPD, Trauma or Income Protection policyduring the last twelve months. This promotion is not open to any employees or familymembers of (i) any Life Insurance company in Australia or (ii) Insurance Watch Pty Ltd or anyof its related companies (Ineligible Persons).2. ENTRANTS BOUND BY CONDITIONS By participating, entrants agree to be bound bythese conditions.3. HOW TO ENTER To enter, entrants will either receive an invitation email with a link or willvisit www.insurancewatch.com.au and follow the instructions to complete a short survey aboutthe insurance company who issued their policy including a short summary of their likes anddislikes. Entries must be (i) your own original content (ii) not previously submitted toInsurance Watch (iii) not submitted or published elsewhere (iv) not infringing any third partyrights (v) not containing any abusive, misleading, inaccurate or untrue statements (vi) notcontaining identifiable personal details about yourself or other individuals (vii) not promotingor advertising the services of any third party (viii) not containing any links to third partywebsites or other content. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrantsubmitting an entry which, in the opinion of the promoter, does not meet these conditions oris incomprehensible, irrelevant, incomplete, illegal, discriminatory or includes objectionablecontent, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatoryor defamatory language.4. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY One entry per person.5. PROMOTION PERIOD The promotion starts 9:01am 1st September 2019 and ends at11:59pm AEST 29th February 2020 ("promotion period"). All references to time are local inMelbourne, Australia.6. SELECTION OF WINNER The winner shall be selected at random and the contentsubmitted shall play no part in the selection of the winner. Every entry will have the samechance of winning and the odds of winning depends on the number of entries received. Thedraw will be held at Suite 11, 2 Park Drive Bundoora Victoria at 4.00pm on 2nd March 2020.7 . PRIZE The prize is an Apple iPhone XR 64GB, valued at $1,229 (as quoted on 14th August2019 at www.apple.com.au). The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in prizeitem value. Prize items are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Inthe event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute aprize item of equal or greater recommended retail value. 8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION The winner will be notified by email withintwo days of the draw and the winner's name published on the Insurance Watch website(www.insurancewatch.com.au) and Facebook page. The Promoter will not advise entrants offailure to win a prize. The Promoter is not responsible for contacting the winner by any othermethod or for the winner not receiving notification for any reason. Entrants are responsible toprovide and maintain correct name and contact details. The winner will be required tosubstantiate their eligibility by providing proof of their identity and a copy of their mostrecent policy schedule from the insurer they have reviewed. If the winner is unable to becontacted within 3 months of the draw or the winner is found to be ineligible under the termsand conditions of the Promotion a redraw will be conducted from the remaining entries on2nd June 2020 at the same time and place and on the same terms and conditions aspreviously.9. PRIZE COLLECTION The Promoter will send the prize to the winner by courier or byregistered post to a postal address provided by the winner within 6 weeks of the draw. Theaddress provided must be an Australian address. The winner may be required to attend theirlocal post office and provide proof of identity to collect their prize.10. ENTRY VERIFICATION The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries andto disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that isnot in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.11.
