This offer is open to all Australian residents. Directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
The promotion commences on 22nd June 2018 at 12:01am, and concludes on 18th July 2018 at 11:59pm (Promotional Period). All times referenced are AEST.
How to enter
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:Purchase any Swisse product (excluding prescriptions, pharmacist only medicine and pharmacy medicine) from Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store in Australia or via the Priceline online store at www.priceline.com.au.
Visit www.priceline.com.au/swisse, follow the prompts to input the requested details in the online entry form (including your full name, date of birth, telephone number, residential address and valid email address) and answer in 25 words or less “What essential Swisse product would you take on holiday and why?”
Submit the fully completed online entry form.
Entrants must retain the original copy of their Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, or Priceline online store purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry. (Valid Entry)
Each entry which is a Valid Entry will constitute one (1) entry into the draw.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:Only one entry permitted per week;
Only one product purchase permitted to be entered each week; and
Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements. If more than one entry is submitted per week or is not a Valid Entry, may result in invalidation of all an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address are correct and up to date.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law and in its sole discretion, to validate the identity of the entrant.
Winning Determination
The judging will take place at Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310 located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 on 23 July 2018 at 12:00pm AEST.
The winning entries will be judged on creativity and originality and is subject to the sole discretion of the judging panel.
The winners will be notified via email and/or phone within three (3) working days of their entry being chosen and the name of the winners will be published on www.priceline.com.au on 26 July 2018.
If the prize is not claimed by 5:00pm on 18 October AEST, or is not a Valid Entry, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging at 12:00pm on 19 October 2018 AEST at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize.
If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 11 January 2019 AEDT the prize will be forfeited.
The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on merit. No correspondence will be entered into.
Major Prize
The first best and valid entry as determined by the judges will win a Major Prize trip for four (4) people to Phuket, Thailand valued at up to $10,500 depending on point of departure, and includes:Four (4) return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city to Phuket via Bangkok, Thailand (valued at up to a maximum of $2,000 per person) flying Thai airways.
Return airport transfers for four (4) people to and from Phuket international airport and hotel accommodation (valued at up to $500).
Five (5) nights’ accommodation in one (1) two bedroom pool terrace suite at 4 star Swissotel Resort Phuket Kamala beach (valued at up to $2,000).
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companion) including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.
The total Major Prize value for the promotion is valued at up to $10,500.
The Major Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third party prize suppliers including Flight Centre. Please refer to the relevant third party prize suppliers’ websites for applicable terms and conditions. Travel restrictions and blockout dates apply.
Prize is valid for travel 12 months from the time of issue from any Flight Centre store within Australia. If the winner and/or his or her travel companions are not available during the validity dates, the Prize will be forfeited without any compensation to the winner.
The Major Prize is based on four (4) people departing from and returning to the same Australian capital city, travelling as a group. The winner will be responsible for any costs associated with reaching the city of departure as well as any additional costs not included in the prize inclusions.
During the entire duration of the Major Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
Prize is subject to flight and booking availability at time of booking. The booking of travel arrangements will be based on availability of airfares and accommodation at time of booking. Where accommodation outlined in the prize is unavailable, alternative accommodation will be selected and arranged at the discretion of Flight Centre.
Itinerary to be determined by the Promoters in their absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner, their travel companion, and/or any parent/guardian may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, the Major Prize must be booked as described, no variations are permitted and prize must be taken in its entirety. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation and/or scheduling arrangements will be at the expense of the winner and their travelling companions.
Winner to provide minimum of 30 days’ notice of intent to travel (from intended departure date). Passenger names, current passport copies and intended travel dates will be required.
Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable for products, services, cash or foreign exchange products. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.
Travel insurance is not included in the prize and remains the responsibility of the winner.
Passports and visas required for travel will remain the responsibility of the winner.
Runners Up Prizes
The following fifty (50) best and valid entries as determined by the judgesfollowing the Major Prize draw, will win a Runners Up Prize and will receive an in-season Double Pass (Admit 2) to see ‘Mamma Mia! Here We go Again’ in cinemas July 19, 2018 (valued at $40 each).
The total prize value of the promotion is valued at up to $2,000.
The Runners Up Prize is redeemable subject to cinema show times and availability. The Runners Up Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the in-season Double Pass, including any printed on the tickets, including:
Not valid public holidays and Saturdays after 5pm.
Not valid cinema discount days or with any other offer.
Not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Not valid for mobile or online ticketing.
Voucher does not guarantee entry as seats are subject to availability.
Voucher must be surrendered upon redemption.

The Runners Up prizes are not transferrable and are not redeemable for cash. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner (and their companion) including but not limited to candy bar confectionary, drinks, upgrades and all other ancillary costs.
The total value of the Runners Up prize is valued at up to $2,000.
Other
If for some reason a winner does not take/ redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered, engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion, or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image, entry, and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
