(b) who make a purchase and sign up to the Sanity Elite Rewards Program at a Sanity storeor online;
(c) not employees of the Promoter or the Promoter's suppliers or other associated companies or agencies (as determined by the Promoter), or their family members, (“Eligible Persons”).
(d) are over the age of 18. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to a nominated legal guardian. For the prize to be awarded to a nominated legal guardian, the winner must have received prior consent from a legal guardian.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences 12:00m AEST on Wednesday 1st July 2015and closes 11:59pm AEST on Monday 31st August 2015 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be collected.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, make a purchase and sign up to the Sanity Elite Rewards Program at a Sanity store or online. A Sanity Team member must enter their details at the register, directly after the purchase. All completed entries will automatically go into the prize draw for the Promotion. Only one entry is valid. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion.
PRIZE:
1 x LA Experience prize only to be won.
(a) The trip for two includes return airfares from your nearest capital city (up to the value of $3,008), six nights’accommodation in a 4-star hotel(up to the value of $4,000), Ultimate Hollywood tour for two (up to the value of $416) and Universal Studio’s VIP pass for two (up to the value of $906). The Total National prize pool is up to the value of $9,000.
(b) In the event a drawn entry is deemed invalid, the next valid entry will win.
(c) Prize is unable to be transferred, exchanged or taken as cash. In any event the prize is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of the same or greater value.
