Eligible entrants
Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are 18 years of age or older and who fulfil the Method of entry requirements.
Only entrants with an ABN or NZBN are eligible to enter the business draw.
One (1) entry allowed per person and one (1) entry per business.
Details of prizes
Business draw prize (entries with ABN or NZBN): a marketing boost package of $10,000 (ex-GST) paid for by the Promoter with an advertising agency of the winner’s choice or selected by the Promoter at the winner’s request.
Consumer prize draw: LG TV and audio home entertainment package valued at up to $13,597 (inc GST)
Each prize includes $500 of Kelly Racing merchandise, including a cap and cooler that is signed by a Kelly Racing driver.
The Promoter must approve the campaign by the advertising agency. The campaign can occur in up to three stages and must conclude by 30 June 2021. The Promoter will pay the agency directly.
The Promoter will use its best endeavours to deliver the LG home entertainment package and Kelly Racing merchandise by 8 October 2020.

Method of entry
To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period:
Visit the Kelly Racing website at kellyracing.com.au and enter the requested details which may include broker member company name, ABN or NZBN, contact first name and last name, email address, telephone number, post code, country and answer the questions on the competition form.
Only entries with correct answers will go into the prize draw.
Prize draw
A random prize draw, in the presence of an independent scrutineer, will occur at 10:00 AM AEST on 28 September 2020
