All entries must be received by 11.59pm AEST on Sunday 13 August 2017. Entries received or submitted after this date/time will be invalid.
Promotion is only open to Australian permanent residents. Any entrants under the age of 18 must seek permission from their parent or legal guardian before entering.
Multiple Entries are not permitted, only one Entry per email address will be allowed.
Entries will be judged in the week following the competition period by The Good Guys at 15 Vaughan Street, Essendon Fields VIC 3041 and the winners will be notified via email and/or phone.
Winners’ first name and surname will be published as a comment on the relevant The Good Guys Facebook post no later than 3 working days after draw date.
The winner must consent to, and be able to provide a valid Australian residential address and mobile number via email within five (5) business days of receiving notification via email and/or phone in order to receive their prize which can be delivered via mail.
If for any reason a prize is not collected by close of business five (5) business days after the winner has been notified the original winner will forfeit their prize.
The gift card will expire twelve (12) months from date of issue.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry and of entrant (including proof of an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person who has submitted the entry provided that the person is an Australian resident over the age of 18 years. Prizes will only be awarded to the account holder of the nominated Facebook profile used to submit their entry. The winner therefore must be, in each case, the Facebook account holder.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) shall incur no liability (including due to negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential to any person or property, arising in any way out of the Competition.
