How can someone enter the competition?To enter, participants must visit [https://cloud.e.bcf.com.au/obrien](https://cloud.e.bcf.com.au/obrien) during the promotional period and complete the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and state/territory of residence). They must also answer the question, "Tell us in 30 words or less where is your favorite place to 'WAKE' up?". Each entry must be submitted separately, with a substantially different answer for each submission. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must meet the submission requirements.
What is the prize?One winner will receive:
- 1 x O’Brien Valhalla Wakeboard including Clutch boots
- The total prize value is AUD $849.99.
What is the total prize pool value?The total prize pool is AUD $849.99, which includes the O’Brien Valhalla Wakeboard and Clutch boots.
How will the winner be selected and notified?The winner will be selected based on the originality, creative merit, and literary merit of their answer to the promotional question. The winner will be drawn on December 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM AEST. They will be contacted by email and phone within seven business days. The winner’s name will be published on the BCF website within 7 days of the judging.
Are there any restrictions on the prize?The prize must be collected from a BCF venue within 2 months of the winner notification, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. If the prize or part of it is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter may award it to the next best entry or conduct further judging. The prize may also be withdrawn entirely at the Promoter’s discretion.
Additional terms and conditions:- Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter and stored in its database for the purpose of managing the promotion. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify an entrant if they do not meet the entry criteria.
