Champions Club Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 Champions Club members (“members”) are defined as supporters who are registered with the Surf Life Saving Foundation ABN 47 945 812 553, ACN 159 849 591 (“the Foundation”)
for automatic monthly purchases (“automatic monthly spend”) of tickets in each of the Foundation’s prize home lotteries (“tickets”), of which there are six each year.
2. Registration
2.1 Registration as a member is by providing your name, contact and credit card details, and selecting an amount for your automatic monthly spend through any one of the follow methods:

2.2 In registering as a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Monthly ticket allocation
3.1 Each month you will receive an allocation of tickets to the value of your automatic monthly spend amount (“monthly ticket allocation”).
3.2 The minimum monthly spend is $2 (a total of $24 per year).
3.3 Each prize home lottery campaign (“campaign”) runs for approximately two months, meaning that you will receive two monthly ticket allocations per lottery.
3.4 Your credit card will be charged – or, in the case of direct debit payments, your nominated bank account will be debited – to the value of your automatic monthly spend amount
(a) on the day that each lottery opens, and
(b) approximately four to five weeks later (“monthly automatic purchase dates”).
3.5 You should receive your tickets within 15 working days of each successful monthly automatic purchase transaction.
3.6 If you register online, you will receive a total of three ticket allocations in the first campaign: an initial allocation as part of the online registration process, and a further two monthly ticket
allocations on the monthly automatic purchase dates.
4. Daily prize draws
4.1 On each weekday (excluding Queensland and national public holidays) for the duration of each campaign, there will be a draw exclusive to members, for a prize valued at $5,000.
4.2 Draws will be conducted by random number generator at 12 noon at 190 Montpelier Rd, Bowen Hills, Queensland.
4.3. Winners will be notified by telephone on the day of the draw, and by registered post within two to three business days thereafter. Results for each week of will be published on the
website on the following Monday.
4.4. The prize type will vary each day, at the Foundation’s discretion. Prizes include cash, gold bullion, travel credits and gift cards. For gift card prizes, please refer to the respective supplier
websites for specific terms and conditions.
4.5 Non-cash prizes are not transferable for cash.
4.6 Travel prizes are valid for 15 months from the draw date and must be booked within four months of draw date.
4.7 Photographs of prizes in advertising and promotional material are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily depict exact prize detail or size.
5. Daily draw entry entitlement
5.1 The criteria for entry in the daily draws are:
(a) possession of a valid ticket in the current lottery, and
(b) an active banking auto-instruction (for charging a credit card or debiting a nominated bank account), or a pre-existing advance purchase arrangement, for the next monthly automatic
purchase date.
5.2 If you choose the direct debit option for your monthly spend, your entry in the daily draws will be delayed by a processing period of 3 – 5 days.
5.3 If your credit card or direct debit transaction is declined, you will not be eligible for the daily prize draws until a successful transaction is completed.
5.3 Your daily draw entry entitlement will double after the second monthly automatic purchase date, until the end of the campaign. For example, a $10 automatic monthly spend entitles
you to one entry in the daily draws until the second monthly automatic purchase date, after which time (and until the end of the campaign) you will receive two entries in each of the
daily draws.
5.4 You will receive a further entry in the daily draws for each $10 increase over a monthly spend amount of $10. For example, a $20 monthly spend entitles you to two entries in the daily
draws, a $30 monthly spend entitles you to three entries, and so on.
5.5 Any extra ticket purchases – in addition to your automatic monthly spend – will increase your daily draw entitlement accordingly from the next daily draw after payment is processed,
and for each daily draw thereafter until the end of the campaign.
5.6 Due to the additional processing time for extra ticket purchases at prize homes, shopping centres or shows, these purchases will not contribute to your daily draw entitlement (but can
be put towards qualifying for a book-buyer’s prize).
6. Changing membership details
6.1 You can change your membership details by e.g. increasing or decreasing the amount of your automatic monthly spend, by calling 1800 642 999 (AU) or 0800 442 501 (NZ). Changes
to your automatic monthly spend amount will be effective from the next monthly automatic purchase date.
7. Responsible gaming
7.1 For information on how to play responsibly call Gambling Hotline on 1800 858 858 (AU). Members must be over 18 years of age.
8. Privacy
