The competition commences on Monday October 8th, 2018 at 1pm AEDT, and concludes on
Friday 14th December, 2018 at 9pm. AEDT. (5) Major prize winners will be selected in total
every 2 weeks. The winning entries will be selected by Conair Australia, Suite 101, 18
Rodborough Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086

Judging of the competition will be conducted by staff of Conair Australia on:
• Draw 1 - Friday October 19, 2018 at 9am
• Draw 2 - Friday November 2, 2018 at 9am
• Draw 3 - Friday November 16, 2018 at 9am
• Draw 4 - Friday November 30, 2018 at 9am
• Draw 5 - Friday December 14, 2018 at 9am
The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the selection of the winner. The
judges will select the winners based on the theme as determined by Conair Australia. The
decisions of the judging panel will be final and binding upon every entrant who enters the
competition. No correspondence regarding any decision of the judging panel will be entered
into.
Entries not including all required information will be deemed ineligible. Compers and fake
entrants are not permitted. Answers can be posted at any time of the day up until the final day.
Prizes do not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the
responsibility of the entrant.
FIVE (5) major winners in total will be selected. The winning entrants will each receive:
1 x VS Sassoon Digital Sensor Dryer valued at AU $249.95.
1 x VS Sassoon Digital Sensor Hot Air Styler valued at AU $99.95.
1 x VS Sassoon Digital Sensor Straightener valued at AU $99.95.

The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each
person who enters.
VS Sassoon will email the winners, this will contain an email address where the winner will need
to send address details for delivery of prize.

All entries become the property of the Promoter.. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss

Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
Winners have 30 days to email VS Sassoon / Conair / to claim their prize. Prizes that remain
unclaimed for more than 30 days will be forfeited.

reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,
including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to
disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is
