WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 22/10/15 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 13/04/16 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To receive one (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw (defined below), individuals must complete one (1) of the following entry methods during the Promotional Period (“Initial Entry”): (a) Promotional Email (only available to individuals who receive a promotional email about this promotion directly from the Promoter): click on the link provided in the promotional email to access the entry form, fully complete the entry form with all of the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, postcode, and a valid email address), confirm they are aged 18 years or over by ticking the relevant tick box, and submit the fully completed entry form; OR (b) Promotional Stand: visit a promotional stand, fully complete the official entry form found at the promotional stand with all of the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, postcode, and a valid email address), confirm they are aged 18 years or over by ticking the relevant tick box, and place the fully completed entry form in the entry box provided at the promotional stand. Individuals who enter via method 5(a) or 5(c) above will also have the opportunity to earn additional entries by inviting friend/s to enter the promotion (“Additional Entry”). To do so, entrants must provide a friend’s name and unique/valid email address in the required fields on the entry form as prompted (when completing their Initial Entry) and submit. Each validly referred friend will then receive a promotional email from the Promoter inviting them to enter. Entrants warrant that: (a) the individual that they refer the promotion to is an Australian resident aged 18 or over who consents to receiving emails from the entrant; and (b) the friend’s name and unique email address provided is valid. Entrants may only refer the promotion to a friend’s unique valid email address once. Entrants should only nominate friends, family, colleagues and other individuals who they have a direct relationship with, and who consent to receiving these types of messages. Entrants will receive one (1) Additional Entry for every valid friend referred, up to a maximum of three (3) Additional Entries per person.
Incomplete and/or cancelled purchases/transactions will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of number of bottles purchased in excess of 12 in that transaction); (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of two (2) entries permitted per person per day.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win a five (5) day holiday for two (2) adults in Queensland, valued at $4,700 (“Major Prize”). The Major Prize includes:
• two (2) nights twin-share accommodation at Spicers Tamarind Retreat, including a 3 course dinner at The Tamarind and The Long Apron (exact menu determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) each of the two (2) nights (valued at $1100);
• two (2) nights twin-share accommodation at Spicers Hiddenvale in a Heritage Suite, including 3 course dinner and 5 course tasting menu (exact menu determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) each of the two (2) nights, (valued at $1200);
• one (1) night twin-share accommodation at Spicers Peak Lodge in a Spa Suite, including selected beverages and 5 course degustation dinner - exact menu and drink inclusions determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion (valued at $1400); and
• $1,000 cash for the winner (to be used towards airfares to Brisbane (if required) and spending money during the holiday). This element of the prize will be awarded via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to a bank account (nominated by the winner) in the winner’s name;
