1. The “Promoter” for this “Promotion” is Caravan Industry Association of Australia ABN
70 057 668 041 of 9/10 Hudson Road, Albion QLD 4010.
2. Information on how to enter this Promotion and prize information form part of these
“Terms & Conditions”. Any entry not complying with these Terms & Conditions is
considered invalid.
3. Entry to this Promotion is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 who are
not employees or immediate families of the Promoter (“Eligible Entrants”). Immediate
family includes spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural
or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,
nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
4. This Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on Friday 9th July 2021 and closes at
11.59pm AEST on Thursday 30th September 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
5. To enter this Promotion, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps:
a. visit https://www.letsgocaravanandcamping.com.au (“Promotion Website”);
b. complete all the fields of the entry form’, including but not limited to their
names, email address, phone number, postcode and date of birth, entry question
and vehicle information; and
c. complete the following entry question in 25 words or less: “What first camping
adventure would you take if you won the "X-Treme Camping Combo” Major
Prize?, then click “submit” to enter in accordance with these Terms & Conditions
of Entry during the Promotion Period (collectively known as the “Entries”).
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Entries and reserves the right to
disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry,
which is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
7. The entry question answers will be judged on creativity by a special committee
convened by the Promoter and the selection of 20 “Winners” (1 x “Major Prize Winner”
and 19 x “Minor Prize Winners”) will take place on Monday 11th October 2021. This is a
game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
8. The Winners will be notified no later than 5:00pm on Thursday 21th October 2021.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the result.
10. The 1 “Major Prize” allocated to the 1 Major Prize Winner is comprised of the following:
a. 1 x VW Amarok V6 TDI Highline 4M DC Ute 3.0L 8spd Auto MY21 (“Vehicle”),
including 1 year’s registration in the Major Prize Winner’s state or territory,
modified with tub liner, side steps, sports bar (rear), hard top, Pedders
Suspension & Brakes Kit and Volkswagen Tow Bar. Total Vehicle value after
accessory and associated cost is AUD$85,000 including GST;
b. 1 x Dometic “Camping Pack”, including Dometic Hayman 4 AIR - Inflatable Tent,
Dometic Hayman 4 Carpet, Dometic Gale 12v Pump, 2 x Sirene Firenze Relaxer
Chair, Element Large Table, Dometic CFX3 55IM Portable Fridge or Freezer,
Dometic PLB40 Portable Battery, and Dometic CPB101 Portable BBQ. Total
Camping Pack value AUD$6,000 including GST; and
c. 1 x “G’day Parks Gift Voucher” valued at AUD$500 including GST.

The total Major Prize value is AUD$91,500 including GST, depending on the Winner’s
home state or territory.
11. The Vehicle includes compulsory third party insurance; stamp duty, GST (if applicable)
and delivery charges.
12. The Major Prize is subject to the Vehicle manufacturer’s warranty, see
www.volkswagen.com.au for details. The Vehicle manufacterer’s warranty does not cover any
modifications not provided or installed by the manufacterer. No extended warranty is given.
Additional insurance including comprehensive insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary
costs for are the responsibility of, and will be at the cost of, the Major Prize Winner.
13. The Promoter recommends that the Major Prize Winner obtain comprehensive
insurance prior to delivery of the Vehicle.
14. If the Major Prize Winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to
register the Vehicle in their own name, then they may assign the Vehicle to another
person who consents to such assignment (“Assignee”) with legal capacity for the
purposes of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such
arrangements between the Major Prize Winner and the Assignee.
15. The Major Prize Winner must provide the Promoter with a certified copy of all
documentation as required by the Promoter before the Vehicle is awarded. As a
condition of accepting the Vehicle, the Major Prize Winner must sign any legal
documentation required by the Promoter and/or Major Prize suppliers in their absolute
discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity.
16. The Promoter makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied,
in fact or in law, in relation to this Promotion or the merchantability, quality or fitness
for a particular purpose regarding the Vehicle or any component of the Vehicle.
17. The value of the Vehicle is accurate as at the commencement of this Promotion. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Vehicle after that
date. If for any reason the Vehicle is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to
the approval of the gaming authorities in each State/Territory, where relevant. In the
event that for any reason the Major Prize Winner does not take the Vehicle at or by the
time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Vehicle will be forfeited by the Major Prize
Winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of
the Vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no other liability or
responsibility for any loss incurred by the Major Prize Winner or any other party if the
Vehicle is unavailable for any reason.
18. There are 19 “Minor Prizes”, with each being 1 x G’Day Parks Gift Voucher valued at
AUD$500 including GST. The total Minor Prize pool value is AUD$9,500 including GST,
made up of 19 Minor Prize Winners each receiving 1 Minor Prize of $500 including
GST.
19. Minor Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives in place of the
stated prize. Minor Prizes may include terms and conditions of use, which the Minor
Prize Winners must abide by.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to review Entries in the event of any Eligible Entrant
not claiming any of the Prizes. If any Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through
ineligibility within 4 weeks of the original decision, the Promoter will reserve the right
to select the next best entry and the new Winner/s will be notified by email.

21. The Winners agree to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity
and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agree that the Promoter will
own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating
the photograph/s.
22. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether
caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised
intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the
Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of
this Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any
written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend this Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify
any individual who tampers with the entry process.
23. The Promoter does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or
services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act
(2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by
law and the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any Prize/s except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's
database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or
incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or
programming associated or utilised in this Promotion, or by any technical error that
may occur in the course of administration of this Promotion. The Promoter assumes
no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to or alteration of Entries.
25. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the Promoter collecting, using and
disclosing their personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting
this promotion and other marketing activities. Additionally, by entering this
Promotion, Eligible Entrants agree to the Promoter sharing their personal
information with the “Partners” for the Promotion (including but not limited to
Pedders Suspension & Brakes, Volkswagen, G’Day Parks and Dometic) for the
purposes of promoting this promotion and future marketing activities and they
acknowledge that these Partners will be solely responsible for its use of such
information.
26. All Entries become the property of the Promoter (with the exception of any
intellectual property rights comprised therein) and the Promoter may use the Eligible
Entrant’s names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or fees. By
entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants confirm that they allow their details to be
used for this purpose.
