What are the conditions related to prize claiming?
If the prize is unclaimed by Monday, 21st August 2023, it will be forfeited and no replacement or cash will be provided. Unclaimed prizes may be distributed in a second draw on Monday, 18th September 2023.
What will happen if the winner is under 18?
If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on their behalf.
Can I enter the competition if I work for the government?
Yes, but employees and independent contractors of the government must adhere to their respective gift and ethics policies when entering the promotion or accepting any prize.
How will the winner be notified?
The winners will be notified in writing within two days of the draw. For prizes over the value of $250, the first initial, surname and postcode of the winners will be advertised on the Promoter’s website for at least 28 days, unless the winner requests that these details not be published.
What happens if the promoter is unable to supply the nominated prize?
The promoter reserves the right, subject to any competent authority's written directions, to supply another prize of equal or greater value.
