Who can enter the rebel x Spalding – Dreamcourts Promotion?

Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.

When does the promotion close?

The promotional period starts on 4th March 2025 at 09:00 am AEDT and ends on 6th April 2025 at 11:59 pm AEST.

How can one enter the promotion?

To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the promotional period:
1. Register for the rebel loyalty program, rebel active, at the specified website (if they haven't done so already).
2. Purchase any SPALDING® product valued at $24.99 or more from any rebel store in Australia or the rebel website.
3. Provide their rebel Active loyalty program details at the time of purchase.
4. Visit the promotion entry page, complete the online entry form with personal details, answer the question "Tell us in 50 words or less, why you want a Dreamcourt in your backyard," and upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the qualifying transaction.

What is the prize for the winner?

The prize is a Dreamcourts® basketball court installation, which includes:
- A 50 square meter court (10m x 5m) installed in the winner's backyard.
- The court will include standard line markings and the winner can choose from 8 custom colors.
The total value of this prize is up to AUD $25,000.00.

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool for the promotion is up to AUD $25,000.00, specifically for the installation of one Dreamcourts® basketball court.

Are there any conditions for the prize?

Yes, there are several conditions:
- The winner must have a yard large enough to accommodate the court.
- Entrants must live within a 100km radius of metro cities.
- The winner must own the property where the court will be installed.
- Any council fees or applications for the installation are the responsibility of the homeowner.
- The prize may be transferred to another eligible individual or community, subject to the Promoter's approval.

How will the winner be notified?

The winner will be contacted via email or phone within seven business days of the judging.

What happens if the prize is unclaimed?

If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter may assign the prize to the next best entry or conduct further judging to award the prize. The Promoter is not obligated to award any unclaimed prize.
