To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase an eligible product (as listed below) from any participating store in Australia during the applicable period. Eligible products in this Competition are the following products that feature Beyonc? on the packaging:
• 600mL bottle of Pepsi Next;
• 600mL bottle of Pepsi;
• 1.25L bottle of Pepsi Next;
• 1.25L bottle of Pepsi;
• 250mL can of Pepsi Next (single can only); and
• 375mL can of Pepsi Next (single can only).
For the avoidance of doubt, only individual bottles and cans are elgible, and multipacks of bottles and cans are not eligible for entry into this Competition.
To enter, eligible individuals must then either:
a) visit www.pepsinext.com.au, follow the prompts to the entry form, input all of the requested details, including the last 6 digits of their eligible product barcode number, and submit the fully completed entry form; OR
b) send an SMS message to 1991 1122, containing (in the following order with a space between each item and no commas): (a) the last 6 digits of their eligible product barcode number; (b) the Eligible Entrant’s State/Territory of
residence (c) the Eligible Entrant’s first name; and (d) the Eligible Entrant’s last name. Premium SMS cost is 55c. Eligible Entrants must have premium service access. SMS entrants under 18 years old must obtain account
holder’s consent. SMS helpline: 1800 205 596. SMS provider MessageMedia. SMS winners will be contacted by SMS and/or phone and, if necessary, the Promoter will record their address details so that the prize may be awarded. SMS entries via the Internet are ineligible.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each individual can only submit one (1) entry into the Competition in respect of each eligible product purchased; (b) each individual can enter the Competition a maximum of five (5) times each day; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Each entrant who submits more than twenty (20) entries must retain their original purchase receipt/s as proof of purchase for each entry they submit after their twentieth (20th) entry. Failure to produce the original purchase receipt/s for all relevant entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an Eligible Entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Prize Draw will each win two (2) tickets to the Beyonc? concert taking place at the location and on the dates specified for their State Group (“Daily Prize”), as follows:
• VIC/TAS State Group winners: in Melbourne between 22/10/2013 – 25/10/2013 (on the exact date specified by the Promoter);
• QLD State Group winners: in Brisbane between 28/10/2013 – 29/10/2013 (on the exact date specified by the Promoter);
• NSW/ACT State Group winners: in Sydney between 31/10/2013 – 03/11/2013 (on the exact date specified by the Promoter);
• SA/NT State Group winners: in Adelaide between 05/11/2013 – 06/11/2013 (on the exact date specified by the Promoter); and
• WA State Group winners: in Perth between 08/11/2013 – 09/11/2013 (on the exact date specified by the Promoter).
