Who can enter the 'Win 2 Business Class Tickets to Indonesia with Garuda Indonesia' competition?To enter the competition, you must reside in Victoria, Australia, and be over 18 years of age. Employees, directors, or officers of the Promoter, associated companies or agencies, along with their immediate families, are ineligible to participate.
When does the competition close?The competition period begins at 06:00am AEDT on 16 August 2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 August 2023. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the competition period, subject to regulatory approval.
How can one enter the competition?To enter, complete an online entry via www.melbourneairport.com.au/win within the competition period. All required details should be provided on the competition landing page. A limit of one entry per person applies.
What is the prize and its worth?The prize consists of two options:
- Two (2) return Business Class tickets with Garuda Indonesia from Melbourne Airport (MEL) to Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), valued up to AUD $16,000; or
- Two (2) return Business Class tickets with Garuda Indonesia from Melbourne Airport (MEL) to a domestic destination in Indonesia of the winner's choice (excluding DPS), valued up to AUD $20,000.
- Additionally, seven (7) days of parking at Melbourne Airport in the Terminal car park for up to seven (7) days, valued at up to AUD $343 (AUD $49/day for seven days).
- All travel must be completed within 12 months from the winner's notification.
How will the winner be selected?The winner will be chosen through a random draw on Friday, 1 September 2023, at 1:00pm at Melbourne Airport, Tullamarine. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
How will the winner be notified?The winner will be personally notified via phone call and email using the provided contact details. The winner must fulfill eligibility criteria to redeem the prize.
Is there a second chance draw?Yes, if the initial winner does not respond within 7 days or if reasonable efforts to identify the winner fail, a second chance draw will be held. The results of the second chance draw will be final and binding.
What are the travel requirements?The winning entrant must be aware of and comply with departure, arrival, and re-entry requirements set by relevant authorities, including visa, vaccination, and documentation requirements. The winning entrant is responsible for ensuring their travel meets all regulations.
