What is the Event?The event is the FORMULA 1 LOUIS VUITTON AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025.
Who is the Promoter?The Promoter is the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC), located at Level 5, 616 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004.
Who can enter?Entry into the ‘Last Tickets in Town’ Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, licensees, on-sellers, their family members, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
What is the Promotion Period?The Promotion begins at 10:00 AM (AEDT) on Wednesday, 26 February 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (AEDT) on Thursday, 6 March 2025.
How to Enter?Entrants must complete the entry form available on the Event website at www.grandprix.com.au. Additional entries can be obtained by:
- Following AusGP on YouTube for +5 entries.
- Following AusGP on Instagram for +2 entries.
These additional entries will be validated at the time of entry using SweepWidget.
How many Entries are allowed?Each person is allowed one (1) entry only.
How is the Winner determined?Winners will be randomly selected from all entries at the Promoter's Office on the Draw Date.
What is the Draw Date?The draw will take place on Friday, 7 March 2025.
What is the ReDraw Date (if required)?If necessary, a re-draw will occur at 1:00 PM (AEDT) on Tuesday, 11 March 2025.
How many Winners will there be?There will be five (5) winners in total.
What is the Prize?Each winner will receive two (2) Park Pass (General Admission) tickets to attend the Sunday of the FORMULA 1 LOUIS VUITTON AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025.
What is the Total Prize Pool?The total prize pool is valued at approximately $1,690 AUD.
When will Winners be notified?Winners will be notified via email on Friday, 7 March 2025.
What is the Prize Claim Date?Prizes must be claimed by 11:59 PM (AEDT) on Monday, 10 March 2025. Prizes will be distributed via Ticketmaster’s ticket forwarding functionality.
What are the Permit Numbers?Not Applicable.

What are the conditions for Entry?Entries must be submitted correctly. Late, incomplete, or misdirected entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or uses automatic entry software.
What happens if a winning Entry does not comply?If a winning entry does not comply with the Conditions of Entry, it will be discarded, and a new winner will be determined.
What if a Winner does not claim the Prize?If a winner does not redeem the prize by the stipulated deadline, the prize will be forfeited.
Are Prizes interchangeable or redeemable for cash?Prizes are not interchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
What happens if a Prize becomes unavailable?If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter will endeavour to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
How is personal information handled?Entrants’ personal information is collected to conduct the Promotion and may be disclosed to third parties. It will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.
Can the Promoter use my name and image?By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without compensation.

What is the governing law?These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria.
