1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. The promoter is National Basketball League Pty Ltd (ABN: 65 164 187 937) of Level 6, 10 Queens Road, Melbourne VIC 3004, telephone: 03 8391 6099 (“Promoter”). 3. Entry is only open to NSW, ACT, VIC and WA residents. 4. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. 5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 6. Promotion commences on 01/07/2019 and closes at 12:00pm (noon) AEST on 04/08/2019 (“Promotional Period”). 7. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: • Visit www.nbl.com.au/series and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page; • Input the requested details including full name, email address, mobile phone number and postcode; and • Accept the Promoter’s terms and conditions and submit the fully completed online entry form. 8. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. 9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 12. The draw will take place at Level 6, 10 Queens Road, Melbourne VIC 3004 on 05/08/2019 at 2:00pm AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published at www.nbl.com.au/series from 05/08/2019. 13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. Entries will be divided into the following State/Territory groups: NSW/ACT, VIC and WA. 15. The first valid entry drawn from the NSW/ACT group will win two (2) tickets to the International Series USA v Canada basketball game held in Sydney, NSW on 26/08/2019 valued at $2,998 and a $100 First Ever Merchandise Voucher. The next valid entry drawn from the NSW/ACT group will win two (2) tickets to the International Series New Zealand v Canada basketball game held in Sydney, NSW on 20/08/2019 valued at $198 and a $100 First Ever Merchandise Voucher. The next valid entry drawn from the NSW/ACT group will win two (2) tickets to the International Series New Zealand v Canada basketball game held in Sydney, NSW on 21/08/2019 valued at $198 and a $100 First Ever Merchandise Voucher. 16. The first valid entry drawn from the VIC group will win two (2) tickets to the International Series Australia v USA basketball game held in Melbourne, VIC on 22/08/2019 valued at $2,998 and a $100 First Ever Merchandise Voucher. The next valid entry drawn from the VIC group will win two (2) tickets to the International Series Australia v USA basketball game held in Melbourne, VIC on 24/08/2019 valued at $2,998 and a $100 First Ever Merchandise Voucher. 17. The first valid entry drawn from the WA group will win two (2) tickets to the International Series Australia v Canada basketball game held in Perth, WA on 16/08/2019 valued at $998 and a $100 First Ever Merchandise Voucher. The next valid entry drawn from the WA group will win two (2) tickets to the International Series Australia v Canada basketball game held in Perth, WA on 17/08/2019 valued at $998 and a $100 First Ever Merchandise Voucher. 18. For the removal of doubt, the prizes include tickets only and each winner and his/her companion are responsible for making their own way to and from the basketball game. 19. Game dates awarded to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. 20. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. 21. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. 22. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 23. The International Series ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or their companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize. 24. Total prize pool value is up to AUD$12,086.
