April 2014 marks the 30th anniversary of Marvin Gaye’s tragic death. This two hour narrative concert explores his humble beginnings, his troubled relationship with his father, the women in his life and his search for meaning.
The show features some of Marvin’s most loved songs, including “I Heard it through the Grapevine”, “Ain’t no Mountain High Enough”, “What’s Going On” and the Grammy Award winning “Sexual Healing”.

Marvin Gaye is acknowledged as the Prince of Motown, with his influence on R&B and soul music recognised when he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987.
