How can one enter the competition?To enter, participants must answer the question provided on the entry form available at www.haighschocolates.com.au. Eligible entries are those that answer the question correctly before the competition end date.
What are the prizes for the competition?The main prize includes:
- 1 x Easter Special Selection Hamper valued at $200
- 1 x 1kg Super Milk Chocolate Egg valued at $120
Runner-up prizes include:
- 5 x 1kg Super Milk Chocolate Egg valued at $120 each
In total, there are 6 prizes, making the total prize pool valued at $920.
How will the winners be selected and notified?Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at 12:30 pm on Monday, 31st March. They will be notified via email and will need to provide their address for prize delivery.
What are the terms surrounding the prize?The prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction the prize will result in its cancellation. Additional expenses incurred from accepting the prize are the winner's responsibility. Haigh’s Chocolates is not liable for any lost or damaged prizes.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If a prize is unclaimed or the winner cannot satisfy the terms by 9:00 am on Tuesday, 1st April, a second chance draw will occur at 10:00 am on the same day, with all eligible entries from the competition period included.
What is required from winners upon claiming their prize?Winners may be required to sign a legal release and provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address.
