BIG W – The Secret Life of Pets 2 Promotion (“Promotion”) will begin on June 20, 2019 at 12:01 AM AEST and end on July 9, 2019 at 11:59 PM AEST (“Promotion Period”). All times in the Promotion refer to Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. Entries must be received before July 9, 2019 at 11:59 PM AEST to be eligible for the Promotion. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Promotion. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval.WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On July 11, 2019, at Level 32, 580 George Street Sydney, NSW 2000 at 12:00 PM AEST, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing (“Draw”) to select one hundred (100) winners from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period (the “Winner(s)”).Sponsor may share each potential Winner’s name and contact information with Promotion Entities and/or any prize provider, as applicable, if necessary. Sponsor will, within two business days of the Draw, make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winner(s) at the phone number and/or email address submitted at the time of Entry. Winners’ details will be published on the Website on July 12, 2019. Potential Winner(s) may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, “Promotion Documents”) within seven (7) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries, subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause. If a potential Winner cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will hold the prize for seven (7) days from the Draw until 12 PM AEST, July 18, 2019, after which time such potential Winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries, in accordance with the unclaimed prize draw clause. Any element of the Prize that needs to be delivered will be delivered to the Winners’ nominated address within 7 days after the draw.UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW: If required, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on July 19, 2019 at the same time and location and using the same notification and delivery method, as for the Draw. Winners’ names will be published on the Website on July 22, 2019. Winner(s) of unclaimed prize draw may be required to execute and return Promotion Documents within seven (7) days of such notification.PRIZE: There will be one-hundred (100) prizes awarded.
