When does the promotion close?The promotion starts on 19/02/25 at 09:00 am AEDT and ends on 19/03/25 at 11:59 pm AEDT.
How can one enter the promotion?To enter, participants must:

2. Play the reaction test game ('Game').
3. Complete and submit the online entry form with personal details including first name, last name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
Each entry requires a separate submission of the online entry form.
What are the prizes and total prize pool amount?The total prize pool consists of:
- Draw Prize: Up to AUD $25,000.00, which includes:
- F1® Japan Grand Prix 2025 experience for the winner and a friend.
- Return economy class flights for 2 people from the winner's nearest capital city to Nagoya (departing on 02/04/25 and returning on 07/04/25).
- Return private transfers from the airport to accommodation.
- 5 nights’ 4-star twin share accommodation for 2 people.
- 2 x Japan F1® Grand Prix 4-day Starter Ticket package (stand C Grandstand).
- $2,000 spending money.

What are the conditions for the Draw Prize?The travel must be taken on 02/04/25 for the F1® Japan Grand Prix. If the winner cannot travel on these dates, they forfeit the prize. The winner and travel companion must travel together from the same departure point. Additional costs not included are spending money, meals, insurance, and personal items. The $2,000 spending money will be paid via direct deposit to the winner's Australian bank account.
What are the conditions for the Game Prize?The discount voucher must be redeemed by 20/04/25, and cannot be used with other offers. Any unused balance on the voucher will not be given as cash. The prize will be awarded via a unique code sent to the winner’s email.
How will the winner be notified?The Draw Prize winner will be contacted by email on the day of the draw, which takes place on 20/03/25 at 02:00 pm AEDT. The winner will also be published at heinekenpromotion.com/danmurphys by 21/03/25.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?The Draw Prize must be claimed by 27/03/25 at 02:00 pm AEDT. If unclaimed, a redraw will take place on the same day at 02:30 pm AEDT, and the new winner will also be notified by email.
Are there any exclusions?Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Residents of the Northern Territory are not eligible for the Game Prize but can enter the draw for the Draw Prize.
What should participants know about their personal information?Entrants' personal information will be collected for participation and may be used for future marketing purposes, in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.
Is there an entry fee?No entry fee is charged, and there are no additional costs to enter the Promotion other than standard internet access fees.
What if there are any disputes?The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any disputes at their discretion, and their decision will be final.
Are prizes transferable or exchangeable?Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize and are not transferable, unless specified by the Promoter.
