Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to all Queensland residents aged 18 years or older. Entry must be made by an individual, not a company or organization. Directors, management, employees of South Bank Corporation (the Promoter), and associated agencies or suppliers, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
When does the competition close?The competition closes at 4:00 PM (AEST) on December 19, 2024. Late entries will not be accepted.
How can someone enter the competition?To enter, participants must:
1. Subscribe to receive the eatSouthBank and Southbeach e-newsletters.
2. Provide all mandatory information, including first and last name, email address, postcode, and daytime phone number.
Participants can only submit one entry. Acceptance of these terms automatically subscribes entrants to the newsletters, but they can unsubscribe at any time after the competition.
What is the prize?The major prize includes four tickets to the Miami Vice NYE Party at Southbeach, valued at $640.
The tickets are valid from the date of issue and must be used in full. They are non-redeemable for cash or credit, and any unused portion will be forfeited.
What is the total prize pool?The total prize pool value is $640.
How will the winner be selected and notified?- The winner will be randomly drawn on December 17, 2024, by 4:00 PM (AEST).
- The winner will be contacted via phone and email.
- If the winner cannot be reached within two days, their entry will be invalidated, and another entry will be drawn.
