Who can enter?

Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are over 18, except employees of the Promoter and its associated agencies.

When can you enter?

Entries open on 02/06/2023 at 12:00 pm AEST and close on 14/07/2023 at midnight AEST.

How can you enter?

To enter, fill out the Win Gelato for a year competition form on Gelatissimo's website. Provide your details and answer the question, "What flavor-obsessed gelato would you create?"

What is the prize?

The prize includes a Club Gelato loyalty card loaded with 52 digital vouchers for 500ml take-home packs of gelato (approximate value of $1040+GST). The winner can redeem one 500ml take-home tub each week for a year at any Gelatissimo store.

How will the winner be determined?

This is a game of skill, and entries will be judged based on originality and creative merits. The judges' decision is final. The winners will be chosen on Monday, 17th July 2023, at 12:00 pm AEST by Gelatissimo Head Office.

Are there any additional terms for the prize?

The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other goods/services and cannot be transferred to others. It must be redeemed over a 1-year period, and it cannot be used with any other certificate or offer.

How many entries are allowed?

Only one entry per entrant is allowed.

Who is responsible for any errors or problems with the entry process?

The promoter assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or unauthorized access to the competition and entry forms. They are not responsible for problems with illegible or incomplete entry forms.

How will the winner be notified?

The winner will be notified by email within a day of the winner selection and will have 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize.

What happens if the prize is unclaimed?

If the prize is unclaimed, a new winner will be selected on 20th July 2023 at 12:00 pm AEST by Gelatissimo Head Office.

Will entrants receive any communications from the Promoter?

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to receiving communications from the Promoter. The Promoter may use the submitted information for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without further compensation.

How will personal information be handled?

All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. Entrants can request access, update, or correct their information by contacting the Promoter's office. The Promoter's Privacy Policy can be viewed on their website.
